Kunfu: My GPA is 2.76/4 Not bad. Also look towards private universities also. Might be easier to secure admission faster than public universities most times. |

Kunfu: Ok thanks Tho I want to study Cyber security and I graduated with 2.2 I have no idea of this course though most schools GPA requirement seems to fall within 2.5 - 3.0 minimum requirement. Just do massive search online. Sample on Google, type universities offering cybersecurity or computer science in USA |

Kunfu: $10000 for 1st semester tho I don't know how much accommodation is going to cost for now If you can afford this, paying application fee of 70~100 dollars should not be a problem to you Sir. Other requirements you want waiver on is understandable since time is off essence in this Fall semester application to you. Just look out for schools with application fee, and shoot your shot. |

Fredfrankhussle: Good morning Daramis, please I’m also interested in the waiver code. I’ve sent you a dm. Please help me with it I can only give you the code for MSc own. I think he is going to use the PhD code. I will reply you later once he has completed and decided on the exact code he used. |

Sisib15: I think he should resuest for his own waiver code because someone shared a waiver code she got from Kent state with us in a group and almost everybody used the waiver code, abd then Kent state university stated cancelling all those applications with waiver code. I was a part of it. They only left the one with intending payment. So, I would advise that he request for it either from the graduate school or from the department I understand your explanation. The issue is this, what if they didn't offer him the code after applying? As for mine, during the request, I copied virtually everyone that I came across their email not just the program advisor. It even remain a little, I would have copied the University Rector😅😅🤣 The option I gave him is this, apply and forward your application. If he want, I can submit mine later. As for the code, it is both MSc and PhD. Either of the one he uses, I will offer the other code to someone in this thread to use (one person only). NB: I am not preventing anyone else from seeking for app fee waiver directly from source. Already dropped the necessary information (School name and faculty). I am only trying to help out in shooting up his option to 2 schools. Peace. Over and out. |

Zihno: I previously checked out their mechanical or Environmental Science/Engineering PhD program and I don’t think their MS in Mechanical Engineering funds their students and the PhD requires one to find a supervisor. The fact that they require official transcript and gre score is even more annoying. On the bolded, are you a prospective applicant? Have you applied to University of Florida? If interested, send Dm let me give you the waiver code. I got it from advisor yesterday, and would be willing to share with you to increase your option. NB: I have no idea if it works in other engineering field, but was sure that it was sent because of the bolded. I don't know if it is one time code or can be used by multiple people at same time. I am willing to make offer of first usage to you. This is done because of your last comment about having one pending school which you are waiting on. |

I have Wes oo. I just don’t have the money to be sending official test scores. I think you should use your unofficial Wes report to apply. Once admitted, they might request for the official report same time they will be requesting for your official transcript. No harm in trial. |

Everybody that I've spoken to that applied to that university submitted their sponsor Income tax revenue of 2yrs above Oga, Find another school. I can bet that you would not even be willing to release such sensitive document to another person if you were in your aunt shoes. |

YoungWizard007: Hello plz I have some questions Is it a must I order for my official transcript through the EngineeringCAS?
Can I just fill out the forms download and upload to my school as you have mentioned and without making the payment
Thanks It is not compulsory to order transcript to EngineeringCas except if you have other schools you would like to apply to. Can I just fill out the forms download and upload to my school as you have mentioned and without making the payment . In regards to the bolded, yes. Also, don't forget to notify the admission unit for them to confirm if received or if they can download directly from their own end (Always quote your app ID number for easier tracking of your profile ) |

YoungWizard007: What's your take on this You think we should go on and apply or drop it Go ahead and apply. Once you reach the stage for payment, there will be down arrow to download the document. Do that, and upload on your Marshall University app. Also, send a mail to admission unit about it. There is also a possibility of them downloading it directly from their own backend. NB: This scenario is for EngineeringCAS. I have no idea for other centralized system for other faculties.Over and out. |

mantics: Lol. My naija pal. No one will tell you the admission decision, maybe you can try contacting the Grad Coord, he/she might just give you a tip about the decision but I doubt. Best I strongly believe it has not been sent. Because there is a line in the graduate school page about "application not being forwarded to department for review if application fee is not paid". That notwithstanding, I have already sent a mail to them before seeing that statement. let me see how it goes from their reply. it is well |

chibertha: General questions like what is your interest, why your interest What have you been up to. Put a lot of passion in your voice while talking. You ask them which part of the city is better and cheaper to stay at as a student. Are you going to Lafayette? Beautiful city and easy to reach. Are you heading to this school for your PhD program? It is a great school from my little research. It also allows you to apply to up to 3 different programme (PhD and Masters degree with a single application fee). Their research facilities is top notch though dependent on the discipline the person is pursuing |

Zihno: Most won’t review if you don’t pay the fee. Some don’t even allow you to submit without the fee. Hopefully you hear back from them soon. Yeah, I was navigating the website of the said school where I saw the information. It has not been processed because of the pending fee. Damn, that is lots of money, but let me see how it goes. |

Zihno: If you didn’t pay the fee, how did they get the file to evaluate?
No offense, but I’m certain this is a rejection as graduate schools do not send incomplete files to the departments for review.
Anyhow sha, if $100 isn’t a lot of money to you, you should pay it. My documents was actually complete. From unofficial transcript to recommendation letter. Every requirement was ticked ✔️✔️☑️ |

iamola30: You don't need to pay all the application fees, don't let all these schools use your money eat suya.
Seek app fee waiving schools.
I applied to 10 schools, I only paid for 2 schools, 8 other waived app fees. I don seek for app waiver tire for these pending 3 universities. Only Purdue sent mail for me to register for graduate fair which will hold in March (already late to me. I would prefer to pay for them consider me for admission and funding under fast track than attend the event and lose out completely. IOWA State showed me shege last Fall application despite scaling the initial review, and being told they will consider my application for next academic semester since there is no slot to admit me. Few weeks after fall semester started, they sent love letter ). If you don't mind, can you drop the names of schools you applied to. Might have one or two of them I could apply to, and probably get app fee waiver like you. |

I'm more curious on what to do to improve my application and give it a shot again the next fall 2024.
Please anyone here to guide?
Base on the remaining schools, it's only God can do it, as it stand now, my only hope it's God, any other thing I'm out. My little contribution is for you to put in applications to two more schools to make up for the ones lost already. Look towards state universities for now. |
