I have done everything it requires to wes, Paid the money,applied to my institution to send my transcript which has been done since September 20th but i havent heard from wes and my status hasn't changed either. Hi,

The issue might be from your school. Some schools use Nigerian post office (instead of DHL) for sending documents outside Nigeria hence the longer time it takes to deliver. Also, it could be that due to the strike embarked on by universities staff, the document has not been sent out yet (I mean due to backlogs, the transcripts has not been processed).

Login into your portal, and check on the transcript option. If it is what causes it to be on hold, you have no option than to wait. In addition, it takes minimum of 3 weeks for them to sort it out, and attach the document to your profile before onward verification.

NB: After they receive your transcript, they will still send out a copy to your university using their own official direct channel (Kinda second verification to be sure the transcript came from the school directly, and the grades not tampered with).

Once your school confirms their second verification, they will evaluate documents, and get your report ready in ET 1 - 3 months (ET=estimated time). My little knowledge on this.

Goodluck in waiting, and spread your options to other universities that don't need the report for the mean time.

Option 1:

Contact WES Canada through the dedicated contact form in your account about this issue. They will direct you on what to do.

Option 2:

Play around your WES Canada profile. You will see option for you to transfer your file to WES USA for course-by-course (Upgrade your report to documents-by-documents or course-by-course evaluation . You will need to pay extra money which is equivalent to what someone setting up his account for course-by-course evaluation would have paid.

Option 3:

Call the WES Canada office on phone during their working hours, and table your complaints.
