Can an expert from the estate management field explain the long/short term effects with regards to the removal of the Fuel subsidy.

Assuming one has a 9mill worth of land in Ajah;

1. Would it make sense to keep hold on it for a while before selling on?
2. What percentage increase, if any, would it appreciate to in lets say 4 years?
3. Or, should one just sell it?

I'm not against Pastor Adeboye per say, and i ask for concrete evidence as to when he made these 'prophecies', similar to the youtube evidences for TB's. Must say again that these quest for prophecy, sign and wonder is BAD, and these pastors should not be tempted to fall for it. Believers should be fed with the whole Word of God, not half a verse and many stories. When they know the Word, they'll know God, and would not be foolishly deceived by all these 'bring your money, bring your body, i have to pray for you preachers'.

Where did that term come from? 

How is Pastor Odulele or 'Father' Jim Jones different from Papa Oyedepo Or Pastor Chris?

How does one deduce their authenticity? are we to believe everyone of them that call the name Jesus?

Has God spoken to anybody that these self professed 'Men of God' are his Men?

If you believe in that term, pls explain to us how Oyedepo or anyother man that you know is a Man of God?
