DanArrewa: Dear Op
We all know you are just trying to generate insult to the north...
You're in a revenge mission via how I exposed your lies yesterday...
Kano alone is in every aspect more productive than all the eastern states...
Apart from Assembling and packaging fake products in Aba what other things does south east contribute to Nigeria?? Nothing
They're all traders scattered all over Nigeria... Benefiting from their host communities!!
The north at other hand deliver 80% of food produce in Nigeria...
Tomatoes, Beans, fruits, groundnut, soybeans, cow milk and many others...
Na we still dey give una meat...
Cows, goats, rams and jacky that some of u consume...
The north just need to invest more on human development... And watch her hit her peak
The north is too blessed...
So now I want the easterners to tell me apart from trading... Tell me what other things do you guys contribute to Nigeria?
What is it that Nigerians consume that is produced in igbo land? You don't give people any of those things, they bought it. Get a hold of yourself |

You say all is fair in love and war remmember, all will be fair when Nigerians refuse to have an Ibo president. It's like these three states are cursed
Delta River Bayelsa
They own Nigeria and has small population but their own people loot it and give the rest to the northern region.
Such a shame Delta state population is nooot small |

Health › Re: How I Found Out I Was HIV Positive!!! by darfay: 12:14am On Apr 16, 2020 |
OutharryHIV: I "accidentally" found out I had HIV in 2015... Worst year of my life.. I know you might be thinking that I'm a promiscuous person but I assure you, I'm very far from that... So this is how it all started?
I did my NYSC in my dad's company and finished in late 2014 and I was given a full year to go read a course I didn't even want. So I instead volunteered for Youth In Action Against HIV and poverty in Tanzania. My dad was furious but my mum understood.
It was 6months filled with lessons, tears, experience and a firsthand witness to the sufferings of others... We tended to the poorest of the poor in rural Tanzania.
I later came down to Borno and later North bank area of Benue state, I realized there were a lot of vulnerable people that are hungry and can't afford even cheap medical care thus they die of common malaria.
I didnt stay long in Borno before I started having this feeling of fatigue and blurry vision, I thought it was cuz of the stress that comes with what I do, so I decided to go home. Few days after getting home I started feeling this head splitting headache, I thought it was malaria/typhoid of which a lab test later confirmed.. Out of curiosity, I told the doctor to run a full check up.. Just to be on a safe side.. Which he did..
You should imagine my surprise when he told me I was HIV positive.. Nothing has ever prepared me for that moment.. It was funny how a malaria treatment could turn to an HIV nightmare.. I thought of just ending my life right then.
But i braced myself and took the drugs, I was surprised that it was free in Nigeria sef.
I rushed home and took my girlfriend to run the test and it turned out that she has it too... We've been taking the drugs for the past 5years now with an high Cd4 count and a low viral load.. The virus is not detectable in our blood stream anymore and we are happily married and our first twin boys are negative.
If you're out there and you've been in my shoes.. Its not the end of your life.. Life just happens and its not entirely your fault.
I don't smoke, drink or live a reckless life or sleep around, like I've been in only one relationship all my life, so its not about your lifestyle. I don't know if I got it from the idp camps or my girlfriend(she was the only person I was with at that time), we just didn't care, we moved on.
So lovelies, Take your ARV drugs, take fruits, eat well, within 3-6 months you can still have unprotected sex throughout your life with your partner without infecting them or your children.. You can live your life to the fullest and more.
P.s: HIV patients do not look skinny and dried up.. That's just an archaic stereotype... It is also not a death sentence. When you say it is no longer detectable, do you mean you now test negative? |

XANDERBOY85: You’re missing the point...either deliberately or innocuously!
Bungalows and duplexes, when viewed in isolation from the bigger picture, may not mean much to a casual observer. But when placed in the proper context, like i did in the post you quoted, then one can begin to appreciate the effort and can-do spirit of the people that built their cities and towns based mainly on their singular effort and hard graft!
The presence of skycrapers in a city is largely determined by its place in the political-economy of a country, and also the leeway given to its inhabitants and administration to control its own affairs without first seeking approval from some faraway ‘lords’ and oligarchs who want to hold them down and who see the entire country as their property and war booty! You got this wrong oga. We don't have skyscrapers in Nigeria because we don't have light |
Travel › Re: Lockdown: Onitsha Inner Neighbourhoods (Aerial Pictures) by darfay: 9:50pm On Apr 12, 2020 |
sreamsense: You are comparing this with Ibadan, are you not ashamed? Onitcha by landmass is 52km square while Ibadan alone is 3,080km square by landmass. If you put all these your beautiful houses in Ibadan, it can not fill one local government in ibadan.
If you divide Ibadan by Onitcha i.e 3080/52 = 60; this implies you will see 60 Onitcha cities in 1 Ibadan. Beautiful houses are spread in Ibadan because of landmass while Onitcha houses are compacted in a small landmass area that can not fill half of one local government in Ibadan.
Out of 33 local governments in Oyo state, Ibadan alone has 11 local government areas. If you divide 60 by 11, you have approximately 6, it means Onitcha city as a whole can only fill 1/6th of a single local government in Ibadan.
Can you now see how funny you people are when comparing Onitcha with Ibadan? Google is your friend, you can do the calculation and research by yourself. Empty barrel makes loudest noise! And upon your empty noise, if you never reach that brown roof republic to hawk gala and hustle in multitude, you never reach your 'Obodo-oyinbo' It's not by landmass o. If na that one Ibadan is bigger than New york, Atlanta,Los Angeles, Seattle and San Francisco combined should your data be fact.but it's not by landmass oga Plus onitsha heavily densely populated, there are lots and lots of of 4/5 story buildings all over.if electricity was stable and zoning regulation followed in Nigeria, it would have a very recognizable skyline, second to Lagos.... I'm not Igbo before you start |

Onlyonebuhari: This CAN of a thing is becoming a political terrorist. Lawmakers were elected by people and u guys are complaining to the Governor about it. The man still have u Deputy Governor and six commissioner. Fast forward to Rivers State, None of political appointee of any type is a Muslim, wike declare Rivers State as Christian state yet u didn't see any Muslim complaining cos they care about good governance. CAN did u guys know that Dibu Ojerinde a member of CAN was jamb registrar for 11 years and remitted less than N50m to FG account while Isiaq Oloyede remitted more than N20bn in less than 4 years with the jamb fee reduced. Are u guys not ashame that about 19 governors under prosecution by EFCC 15 are Christians and both former governors in jail are Christians without a single Muslim. The only 2 governors that were jailed abroad were Christians. Aren't you guys ashame or you lack morals. Christians are suffering while pastors are flying coffins. How many church members can afford so call missionary universities in the country? U guys are 5G idiots. Stop using Rivers State to compare. There is no village, town, city, lga in Rivers State with up to 1% indegenious Muslims. So what Muslims are you speaking of? |
Politics › Re: Kwara CAN Accuses Governor AbdulRazaq Of Marginalising Christians by darfay: 8:35pm On Apr 12, 2020 |
JAMO84: Muslims are suffering the same fate in the whole of SS, SE and middle belt. One of their governors even declared his state as a Christian state and went ahead to demolish the foundation of a mosque.
Until we make equity a constitutional provision, minorities will continue to be marginalized in this country!!!
I AM DONE TALKING There are hardly any indegenious Muslims in ss/se. There are no indegenious Muslims in Delta State, so what marginalisation are you talking of? Can you marginalize a people that do not exist? |
