I decided to change my location to Plateau which is closer to my location here in Benue, lo and behold the time was slated for 10th of December at 5.30 pm roughly 2 hours to the test from the change!
I'm very confused as I thought the whole of the test will take place simultaneously in all centers on the 13th and that I won't even be able to change my location 24hours before the test as the email sent to me insinuated.
I just hope I haven't lost this .

It's really unfortunate that they couldn't get a centre for Abuja. I sincerely don't know why. We can get to jos and return the same day anyway..

It's obvious there is no Abuja centre which is quite weird and unfortunate. If you read the mail and site you'll see they've only got Oyo, Lagos, Enugu, Plateau and Kano. Abuja to Jos would be around 1k and it's a two to three hours journey. I'm in Abuja and was slated for Jos, I'll be going that day. Anyone who isn't comfortable with their location and time is allowed to change it.

Finally got my second mail just this morning. It's obvious they don't have a venue in Abuja. Just Lagos, Oyo, Enugu, Plateau and Kano. They gave me Plateau which i think is fair since I'm in Abuja. On the 13th, 1:30pm. I'll be there.

I still haven't gotten a second mail for date and venue. What could be the problem? Im supposed to be writing in Abuja. Has anyone for Abuja gotten?
