Yes, they really have tried; I believe no one should deny that. However, one of the best things to uphold in business is trust. It's not in any way wrong for them to discontinue the plan, but not notifying customers before hand. Don't you imagine what would have happened to the airtime of those who had up to N200 balance before making the subscription? Anyway, people should just move on.
