PoliticsRe: Buhari's BMC Turns Against Chad In War Of Calumny Over His Boko Haram Onslaught by dashpee: 12:10pm On Apr 07, 2020
Viktom:
Buhari's BMC turns against Idriss Deby in calumny campaign over his Boko Haram onslaught

Since Chadian President, Idriss Deby began his recent onslaught against Boko Haram, a terrorist group operating mostly in Nigeria's northeast region, he has won the admiration of many Nigerians. But it is for the same reason that the ubiquitous crowd of President Muhammadu Buhari's 'hype men' on social media, known as Buhari Media Centre (BMC), have turned their campaign of calumny and propaganda against the Chadian president.

Deby, leading his soldiers to confront the insurgents, is achieving huge successes against a group that has for the past decade, defied the combined army of Nigeria and its immediate neighbours which make up the Multinational Joint Task Force, inflicting pain, sorrow and death on millions in the region. But even in the protracted war against the terror group, the Chadians, one of Nigeria's neighbours, bordering Borno State, have, by many accounts, always stood out as the most formidable force in the war on account of their experience in asymmetric warfare.

However, their involvement have been hitherto limited because the insurgents operate mostly in Nigerian territory. Nonetheless, following the killing of 92 Chadian soldiers by the terror group a fortnight ago, Derby has led his Chadian soldiers to a more active effort against the insurgents. And the past few days have seen them kill several of their commanders and capture their armouries.

Weakened and battle weary, Boko Haram fighters are said to be beating frantic retreat. Derby in a broadcast on Monday in N'Djamena, called on factional leader of the terrorist group, Abubakar Shekau - who last week, released an audio clip calling on his men not to abandon the war amid heavy bombardment by the Chadian forces - to surrender or risk being killed in his Dikoa hideout.

But this otherwise commendable effort has, rather unsurprisingly, uncured the anger of the BMC. Reason being perhaps that in praising Deby, many Nigerians have called to question Buhari's leadership credentials, especially his capacity to tackle the terror group.

BMC represents, in many ways, a new tragedy of Nigeria's sad democratic journey. The group was apparently formed to blur logic and remove common sense from Nigeria's social discuss. And over the past few days, their attention have been focused on Deby.

Rather than show gratitude to the Chadian president for his effort, known members of the group are now accusing him of even being a Boko Haram sponsor.

At various news feeds on social media platforms, suspected members of the group have continued to call to question, Deby's intentions. As the news of his asking Shekau to surrender of risk being killed broke, one, Oyelade Hamzat, noted that, "So he (Deby) knew where he (Shekau) all this time, Nigeria should declare Chad enemy state."

On their facebook page, 'Buhari Reporters' they have, for the most part of the week, dedicated to sharing contents critical of Deby's intentions, and even suggesting he has been an accomplice of the terrorist group.

PoliticsRe: Lockdown: Oyo Might Go Czech Republic Way - Seyi Makinde by dashpee: 1:03pm On Apr 05, 2020
holuwashezy:
Oyo State governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has said that the state doesn't need to go the Lagos, Ogun, Osun and Ekiti way on total lockdown before the spread of coronavirus can be curbed.

Makinde said during a phone call conversation to a popular radio station in Ibadan on Tuesday.

The governor who reiterated that everything that can be done to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in Oyo State is on the table, that the government will continue to assess the situation and take additional measures where necessary.

Quoting the governor verbatim, he said "Yes, Lagos can be on lockdown, Ogun can be on lockdown, Oyo State, yes, people have been saying have a total lockdown and then I have been asking them questions. What will be the benefits here? Are there alternative courses of action for us to take? If you ask people not to come out, you lock down the market places, there are people who what they sell today - the profit from today’s activities is what they will eat tomorrow. There are plenty of people like that within our environment. So, are there alternatives available to us? Can we do selective lockdowns? That’s why I imposed the curfew.

"I think, everything is on the table but it has to follow a logical pattern and it will need the input of experts. We are not just going to lockdown because everyone is looking down.

"I have been watching CNN and the most successful place right now in containing this is the Czech Republic. And one of the things they brought out is that they made a law that if you must leave your house, you must wear a mask. It may be that route for us to go.
I have asked them to start evaluating that. If we must make that law and say everybody that must go out must wear a mask, then, how about those who cannot afford it. Can we make masks locally? Can we get our artisans and our tailors to commit to that with the government supporting? So, those are the type of solutions we are looking for."

You'll remember, Imam of Peace on twitter who was abusing President Muhammadu Buhari about his inaction and not being proactive in his fight of coronavirus and the funny part was that, Nigerians were supporting him in his act.

Although, we later revealed that he's a conman and jobber in one of our posts.

See the article here: "Imam Of Peace" That Is Abusing Pres. Buhari Is A Conman And Jobber (See Evidences)

Few hours ago, he started attacking Malaysia leaders but this time around, the Malays stood up for their leaders and defended them.

He tweeted this on his page...

Queen of Malaysia, the biggest female hypocrite in Asia, is cooking for frontline workers during the #Coronavirus outbreak. She will hold a spoon for the cameras but won’t say a single word about the Malaysian women and gays being lashed, imprisoned and killed under Sharia Law.

Replying to his tweet, ayam @0j0093 says

The first picture are not from Malaysia you dumbfuck. Its from Indonesia. Malaysia never ever did those kinds of punishments as in publicly canning and lashing. There no one regardless of their gender or sexual orientation was ever killed in Malaysia under the Sharia Laws.

Another user, MVZZΛ ƬΉΣ GЯΣY @muzzashark condemns his act and wants his account reported. He tweeted......

Clearly you are not an Imam and you don't bring peace. Fucking change the name, shame on you attention seeker.

I need everyone to report this account right now. Lets stop this fake imam once and for all. You don't mess with our country. We got #MalaysiaBoleh you know? Boleh shut down you also you just wait ah cibai Flag of Malaysia

I Just Found That My Gf Who Always Says She Doesn't Like Sex Is Porn Addict

Needless to write long articles, I met this girl recently, who I met online and prior to that, she has always portrayed to be a good lady and I must confess I somehow see her as someone I might marry soon.

But to my greatest surprise, this afternoon, I wanted to check something with her phone (Google Chrome) and I saw over 3 opened porn pages, infact, her first bookmarked page is a porn site, guys what do you think about this?

I've never seen this part of her and during sex I kinda don't want to hit hard cos I have this mentality that she's gonna be my wife soon & to be frank, I'm not much into sex and I don't want to marry someone that's a sex addict.

Should I be worried about this? Please I need matured and rational advise guys. Thanks a lot
most people that loves porn are not sex addict, they normally used it to ease sex tension

RomanceRe: I Don't Know What My Problem Is With Men And Dating by dashpee: 11:56am On Dec 03, 2019
Harlequeen:
I opened this account because my main one is pretty popular.

I've had this issue and don't know what's wrong.
I can't seem to get into a new relationship. I am now 25, about serving, working a normal job

My dating history is not too rich. I dated just one guy for 2 years, i became sexually active with him, we enjoyed each other, but things didn't work out. I tried to be better, have moved on, and he has too. This was mid last year. I have been celibate since then not because i don't like sex, but because i had time to think, i read a lot of books, listened to a lot of relationship counselors on YouTube, reddit, Nairaland and so on. I decided to approach dating differently, with my head and not my heart . i would vet men out who were not in line with some basic standards, to avoid fuckboys and meet high quality men. He should be well spoken, either with a career or into trade, accomplished, way older by at least 10 yrs(no i don't have daddy issues, i just like mature guys because i think like a mature person) he could also have plans to leave the country, because i plan to do that also.

Here's the issue, the men that express interest in me do not fit this criteria. They seem to have no plan for their lives. I get this impression that they are broke, they recycle the same lines all the time, i usually see their bull sh1t tactics a mile away. some are in the army(i can't date men in the armed forces, they lifestyle is not what i want for myself, cannot date doctors either for the same reason)others are artisans, some are plain hustlers who just do whatever to eat. I have a soft spot for ambitious men, and i have not seen a lot in the area that i am in. I have been advised by my friends to try highbrow areas like lekki or VI or go to church, but i don't believe in religion.

But whenever i see these men, i am not attracted to them. I have even tried online dating with some male nairalanders, but i get disinterested easily. I get turned off when someone asks for my normal pics, it is quite frustrating. There's that fear that some of these men could use my pics to masturbate or one other creepy purpose. I block them if they ask for nudes. But the issue is, it is quite exhausting to keep chatting with someone without seeing them in person and some of these guys just want to smash and run which i won't allow. No man will have access to my vagina and womb without investment and commitment. Eventually it becomes hard to keep up communication and we just fizzle out like that.

I am not under pressure to marry from my parents, infact my dad says he won't allow his daughters marry until they clock 28 and i am the first. He wants us to have a career and a life before moving with a man. I just want to know if what i am doing is right?

To be honest, i just want some words of advice and encouragement, you can ask me questions if you want. This approach of mine? Is it the right thing? Am i being too smart for my own good? Am i afraid of commitment?
you are living in a world of fiction and your narrow mind thoughts, sorry dear, you can't have everything you want, no 100% human among the 3b guys in the world, you are ready to remain single all through your life

PoliticsRe: Third Term Agenda: Who Will Stop President Buhari? by dashpee: 11:36am On Dec 03, 2019
Nigeria2day:
A few months ago, the news started making the rounds that President Muhammadu Buhari will seek re-election for a third term in 2023.

Although this is as outrageous as it is unconstitutional, it has come as a huge surprise that many Nigerians have refused to dismiss it as mere rumours from political busybodies.

Many political analysts view this as a kite flying from the proponents of the third term agenda to test public opinion.

When it started, the President’s spokesmen dispatched a press statement to tell Nigerians that the President has no intention to perpetuate himself in power by seeking a third term.

However, more than a month after this, some members of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in Ebonyi State led by one Charles Enya filed a suit to demand a change in the constitution to allow President Muhammadu Buhari to run for a third term.

The President was forced again to tell his party that he had no intention of forcing a constitutional change to seek re-election.

“I’m not going to make the mistake of attempting a third term. Besides age, the constitution makes provision for only two terms.”

Despite these reassurances from the President, and his party threatening to expel the members in Ebonyi State, fears remain that the President might want to continue in office after 2023.

First, the president’s promises and assurances do not carry much weight any longer. With a litany of broken promises, it is no wonder that many people take his assurances with a pinch of salt.

Many Nigerians have not forgotten President Buhari’s promise to serve only one term as President, sell off the presidential jets, end medical tourism, stop fuel subsidy, remove the office of the first lady, and so on.

Second, some analysts argue that the President has not, through his statements, fully committed to not seeking re-election.

They argue that the President’s statement hinted on a condition that allowed a two-term limit, implying that he could not totally rule out the possibility of seeking re-election should the constitution change.

And therein, lies one of the greatest concerns of the opponents of the third term agenda. Many are concerned that the current legislature lacks the level of independence necessary to stop a constitutional amendment that could allow for a third term.

They argue that unlike in 2006 when former President Olusegun Obasanjo failed to secure the constitutional amendment, many fear this current parliament cannot resist the president if he truly desires to continue in office.

It surprises many that Nigeria could be discussing a third term agenda in 2019, after more than two decades of democracy. This does not in any way show that the country has made the expected progress in its democratic process.

Many Nigerians hope this political kite flying ends at just that. The country is battling with myriads of economic and security challenges that should be top of its priority. It cannot afford another distraction in the form of a third term agenda for its 76-years-old President.
