I totally disagree with some of these nomination, dogara shudnt be on that list, same with saraki and even president's wife. There are more powerful people, movers are shakers that deserve to be on this list bt omitted. Even the positioning are wrong. How can saraki be more influential than tinubu and obasanjo. Who knows dogara, aside the speakership, even Osinbajo, these guys are just building profiles. If u place them in top 20, I agree. Outside kwara state, saraki has no influence. I stand to be corrected many Nigerians know dangote than saraki. Having a political post does not make you powerful than some people. Influential people may not necessary have political power. Am from osun, but live in lagos, I must say aregbe has redefined governance in the state of osun. People who say aregbe is the best governor to come out of osun are actually right, he has done well, but I detest the idea of embarking on project that will hinder you from paying the workers. Am from osun state, but live in lagos, I often visit home from the days of Bisi akande, as governor. I stand to be corrected, this aregbe that nairaland and nigerian press reduce to nothing is a hero at home anyday, am from ile-ife precisely, I wouldn't pray for a PDP govt in osun again, they have failed. Aregbe may be having issues with meeting up on his finances, we all know how even rich state are finding it difficult paying civil servant. But the truth remains, we of osun extraction truly know this man has done what no one has done in that state history. Like some of u hav been saying, he is one of the most prudent governors have seen,I remembered 2011 when I was taken to osun for orientation course as a lagos corper, aregbe came with just 3 convoy of cars, u won't believe this is a governor's convoy, maybe the number of projects embarked upon by him maybe affecting other aspects of governance, but I believe and hope dat wil end soon. however, I think it is hypocrisy and politicking to leave out benue and kogi who are more indebted to workers than osun state. I was in abia state early this year, the situation is appaling over there, there are workers owed 9months there. Even bayelsa man, ben bruce whose state are lagging behind despite huge resources at its disposal is also pointing accusing finger at another governor. Despite all these, there is hardly a govt in this nation that is exonerated from this. If it is so, why should osun be taken as object of mockery and ridicule. I live in kano, despite the fact that elections are over, tinubu and buhari's pictures are everywhere. Same with other states in the north, an average hausa man adores him. Like him or not, he is the hero of this election. I laugh when people say buhari shud snub tinubu, buhari himself knew the role this man played in his emergence. He would have lost the APC primary if not for this man. Buhari know a brain like tinubu is indispensable, if u wish to make good success.
