Have a 32 gb memory card which have been using for 4 years now .And it's working perfectly well without any issue on the phone .
I think the problem is from the memory card not the phone

it's a good phone considering the price I used it although I still have it but no longer on use. the battery is Ok, display is good and it does not hang although it is not a fast phone but considering the price it is worth it.
