Not at the moment but Eastern part of Nigeria is next year project. Some of them are just out to scam people, you can imagine that, mine in the reorder that I did is more than 200%. Which is outrageous, so I had to leave the item for them.

Tugrow is a big time scam, there service is the worse that I have ever used. They are very slow, my first and only order with them took 27 days to arrive here. When it did some of the items were not as specified, I don't really if they got it from somewhere else or not, because the shop that I placed the order said the only had a single colour so I demand for the colour but when it arrived I got two different colours. When I went through my items one of the items was missing, do I notified them about it but they initially said that they got everything but I insisted that one of my items was missing and they went through the order and said that the seller closed the order. So we had to place the order in another shop, the cost of the item that was missing was less than #1.5k, when it arrived after after about 2 weeks, they sent me a message to pay #2k+ and another #1k for waybill on an item that is weigh less than 0.5Kg and if it has arrived with the others I won't have spent a dime on it. That I should pay #3k+ for shipping and waybill for an item of less than #1.5k, who does that? The waybill that they did for me, they charged me #3.5K while they paid 2k to the transportation company. And I noticed that they inflate the weight of the items. Keep scamming people, nemesis will catch up with you soon.

Wow, this is exactly what i experienced with the last shipper i used, he charged me 5k for transport and my stuff was sent to another state entirely, inflated the weight of my goods and charged me so much, imagine shipping fee is like 75% of the total price of my order, i got into debt because of him, his name is lstar4real, very wicked fellow, i kept evidence of all that went down with the intention of dealing with him when I'm ready, since my last ordeal i haven't tried importing anything, he made my life miserable at that time.

Do you waybill to other States?

I've wasted alot of data downloading PES2020 over and over again on my redmi, the problem is whenever i launch it, it'll show server maintenance, I'll wait after some days it'll show me update, when i try updating it'll download the whole game all over again, and when i launch it, I'll see server maintenance, over and over again.

Many fall out of impatience, we have been about 6 year on the game.. Many importers fall out of on way the moment the start seeing themselves as gods over their shippers, i for one would be so pained if someone is rude to me because of my money you got it wrong when you say this, the money you pay your agent is for your goods and it was converted to pay your China seller , shipper get reward for the offering this services
Don’t say my money, work with your shipper as your friend and build a relationship not to act as if you are doing a favor to your shipper, if issues comes handle maturely

I didn't accuse you of not agreeing to the refund, Instead of engaging her in a back and forth go and caution your staff and attend to her needs, she's your customer no matter how small her money is she deserves credibility and accountability from you, this also include updating her every now and then so she can know the status of her order, most of you will wait until the client beg you for an update, what you're doing here is scaring potential clients away, and your customer should be your highest priority, caution your staff, i for one would be so pained if someone is rude to me because of my money, settle this amicably with her and avoid soiling your reputation.
