Emasel: Sincerely guys,I think we all should give Adexen recruitment a second thought,because its a Nigerian agency and the recruitment process will be less stressful and infact the recruitment process I went through is just so tedious.This Oyibo people sef dem wan kill person,abeg make we apply thru our own people jare.

Outsourcing HR firms Adexen, Dragnet, Workforce et al should take a pen and paper to learn from professional firms like Philips Outsourcing, RS Hunter, Rigzone, WTS Energy etc. If they really take over this application fully from Unilever, then things don spoil.

Bhai.. The Unilever site is still working properly, and there is no redirection of application.. I believe Adexen can manage all applicants from any database.

deept: People with preselected for interview, under review, etc should calm down as they will get back to you. the job post was put up and within a few hours, thousands of applications had come in and they had to remove it or else....

Besides its 2014 opportunities, so if you are not called this time, there will be other opportunities.

dexter004: Those are competency based questions/situational judgement questions you saw on the recruitment portal, and am pretty sure you all understand the aim. Now imagine 300 applicants submitting apps, as a recruiter, you'll most likely end up seeing repetitions in idea, thoughts & answers. Your success in this type of applications, mind you, same applies to oral interviews, would be your ability to come out different/unique in your answers & thought process. To the dismay of most recruiters, this is rarely the case, every applicant sounding/echoing off the last like some bot. Advice- do extensive research before answering such questions, & best you run your answers/thoughts via multiple opinions- &if you can get an experienced recruiter/senior official in the company you're applying to review your answers or discuss the goals & emphasized priorities/values of the coy, you've struck gold. Success in your search!

I can remember vividly, my IT days in one of the Multinational Oil firm.. Our End of the year party was held at Eko Hotel and Suites..The Zinna hall was full of trays of food varieties and snacks, at every corner.. In short, there was some section that people did not even go to because the food was just damn too much!!!

Anyways, since we closed late, they had to book rooms for us in Eko Hotel. Come and see us doing "big boys" the next morning

I believe it is in batches, as 19 is a little too short of the *normal BHE*, so let us all keep praying fervently..

Oando normally do their GTP (Graduate Trainee Program) which is NEVER advertised (I think they stopped the advert 2011 or so).. So if fresh graduates are not called for this fair (maybe), their profiles are still registered on the Oando CV Manager website, and by that, they might be invited for the GTP program, If there is going to be One..
