Mhen, if you still have a bank account in your previous name, then you can fill the form and submit but if your bank account(s) have changed to your new name, then you need to visit the registrars.

Download the e-mandate forms of the registrars for the stocks you bought, fill the forms and take to your bank to upload on the NIBSS platform (eDMMS).

If you bought any stocks being managed by United Securities, Atlas (former FlourMills) registrars and DataMax registrars, you need to meet your broker, sign a transfer form and let them process for you. These particular set of registrars are still using GLO network. Lol

I think this is a general problem in Africa. Just this last Sunday we received a message in my coy that the submarine Fibre optic cable that connects Africa to Europe has cut, you may request your internet service provider(s) to reroute you to alternative route if possible. Niaraland o ni baje oooo

This has been fixed. At a point on Sunday, Nigeria as a whole was disconnected from the world. All mobile networks / internet was down.

Your account looks fine, or which of the accounts are you talking about. The antispam bot got a mind of it's own sometimes as it works with some keywords "marked as spam" elsewhere.

They can jeopardize the case by malhandling him. Lawyers can use defences like 'due process was not followed in the process of arresting him' to dismiss the case. If you notice, he was not beaten as well. If he was beaten, his lawyers can also claim injuries and counter sue the police force which will prolong the case. Dont forget he has the resources to hire the best SANs money can get. In more civilized countries, a mere failure to read Miranda rights can jeopardize a case completely even if they caught the suspect in the act. Even his confession was done in front of the media so that no lawyer can claim the confession was forced or made under duress. The police men handling this case are obviously more experienced and of a higher rank than those 20 and 50 naira police men you find on the road.

The difference with the small thief is that those who arrest him dont really care about justice.. They just want to collect bail money. Also there is no public scrutiny or even the commissioner's scrutiny on these small cases. Sometimes, the DPO is not even aware of the arrest because it is a side hustle for the seargents and constables.

Well, the person writing the report might just be confused. BDC rate is also called parallel/black market rate.

But these days, we are also confused too, even the CBN Gov.
