First of all, I appreciate all those who have made one or two suggestions here and those to come. Equally,
I appreciate the moderators who deemed it fit to bring my case to the front page after much plea.

DavidEsq, (moniker) I am not looking for financial assistance as you suggested rather, I needed to gather opinions from experienced individuals who might have encountered a similar situation. If you care to know, this is one of the benefits of social media. You may not know the calibre of people here on nairaland. There are lawyers here, human right activists, bloggers as well as law enforcement personnel. As a matter of principle, I personally don't feel comfortable begging for money. Read my post very well, I stated that I was working with a reputable organisation but had to resign in order not be sacked because I have loans that went bad. However, I understand where you are coming from but I mentioned that I can explain in detail to anyone willing to assist with evidence. In order not to bore the readers with plenty write-ups, I decided to summarise it. I would have preferred to contact you to narrate and tender the evidence in my possession pertaining the transaction. I don't think you have visited the SFU before. It's not a place you access with quasi or cook up stories. The only issue here is the financial involvement which informed my decision to dispose my car to raise fund to pursue this case but not sure if the debt will be recovered afterwards hence my towing this part.
