ITS DEPEND ON WHAT TYPE OF GOODS YOU'RE IMPORTING..i remember before the year run down i advice all newbie in importation business should stop until thing get well before they can resume but many refused to take my though...

there are some kind of goods that no matter how much dollar increase you still make your profit.the only thing is it only reduce your profit but not to the instead that you wont even notice and those type of goods are light weight goods...

another thing is after learning the importarion , one need to take time and create a market to what ever he or she want to be importing..then start supplying on demand as this is the only sweetness part of small scale importation business, when you have people or xustomers you are supplying to..

i am a small scale importer but i tell you not everything i want i import it NO...i buy some personal stuf here from others importer that have it in suplus...i enjoy fast delivery and 100% sure and secure delivary...infact even some stuff that i resell i order them from some importer here on nairaland and thats becouse i already have marker for such stuff and i sold them out at once and enjoy same day profit..

my finally advice is...leverage on others importer for now pending when things will be ok.

Yes, it's no big deal. Some REPUTABLE third party shippers do dat. They help pay whatever amount u've agreed wt your seller. I think they only charge u abt 5% of d total money for d service.

Even some trust worthy guys here do dat. Just pay 2 their acct & they remit on your behalf. D likes of thespecialone, eph12, worldgee, mayorall, many others.

Btw, do u really need gtb token b4 u make pymnt on those portals? I think once your card is activated, u can effect pymnt. Dis is diff. frm online transaction when money is transferred frm one bank 2 d other when u wl be required 2 use token code. Seek more clarification pls.

The seller might have gave you wrong number or tracking number that belong to another customer entirely either intentionally or by mistake.

Try to engage the seller by either chatting with him or send him an email stating your discovery about the tracking number he sent to you, he may have to check again to give the correct number.

But if his response is not favourable or not genuine to you, is better you open dispute in order for your money to be refunded because some of the sellers normally gave fake tracking number sometimes especially if they don't have that particular goods you order for in stock.
