Nigeria is a big lie
PoliticsRe: Biafra Built Three Planes In 3 Years? by Dawgpound: 11:54pm On Nov 11, 2011
Its simple. They made achievements during a dangerous period and were under pressure. Nigeria for the past 50 years can't boast of anything except inflated sense of superiority over poorer nations like Somalia, Ethiopia, etc. If not for hatred and deep ethnic mistrust Nigerians would have been eager to tap into these talents for our betterment. The Jasons among them would rather drown in poverty, backwardness than see indigenous made oil refineries, products, all because the idea is coming from a certain section of the country. I weep at the thought of being stuck together with such crabs.
PoliticsRe: Biafra Built Three Planes In 3 Years? by Dawgpound: 11:02pm On Nov 11, 2011
@Jason. Please mind how u address me. One more unruly outburst from you and I will reduce to nothing.

Quit displaying your rabid ignorance. U are full of bias and yes even hate and I can read it all. The same Ogonis that hated Biafra and Igbos also produced Kogbara and Kobani who supported Biafra. Do u see how moronik u come off using certain incidents to prove your point? Like Onlytruth asked why do u shyt in ur pants @ the thought of non-Igbo Easterners supporting Biafra? River state was created by Gowon not by Ogoni ppl so we are not responsible for it. You really give to much credit to the Ogoni please. Asika, Elechi Amadi, Ike Nwachukwu were Igbos who fought against Biafra so are all Igbos now responsible for their actions? Banjo fought for Biafra so are all Yorubas responsible for his action? You don't know anything about my people and the contribution they made in Biafra. You don't my family either. The Ijo, Ogoni, even Igbo sabos who fought for Nigeria were given more power and clout. Many of us nurse pro-Biafra feelings but do so in silence due to our fear that we may not be able to withstand the onslaught of Nigerian murderers. Ken Wiwa had his personal hatred towards the Igbo but even apologized for it so u really can't throw it in our faces anymore. The Igbo can't even use that against us because he made his peace with them before he died. Wiwa is Wiwa and Ogoni is Ogoni. He might be the most popular or widely known Ogoni man but he didn't represent many of us. Kobani and Kogbara are my heroes not Wiwa but I appreciate his efforts in the 90s to save Ogoni land. He did a lot for us too. Its a shame he realized his mistakes in the past. Even his fellow Ogoni threw him under the bus and FG killed him so please hold it right there.

Main thing here is that Nigeria haven't achieved anything the Biafrans were able to achieve and u should be ashamed of yourselves. Ogoni land is part of the Eastern region. If trouble hits and we have to flee won't we seek refuge in Ijo, Igbo and Ibibio land?

My family during the war took refuge deep in Ibibio land and when that side became too hot many hid in Igbo land. During the Abacha onslaught against us in the 90s, Ogoni land was not safe guess what some of my ppl ended up Enugu capital and my cousin who had a job in Asaba housed his fam. Its silly and laughable how u assume that every Ogoni man believed in Wiwa. Some of us went with Wiwa while other went with Kobani, Kogbara. Truth be told many Ogoni were more pro-Biafra. Don't be fooled by Saro-wiwa who had the protection and support of the FG to be anti-Biafra. If FG could kill off 3 million Easterners what do u think they could have done to a mere less than 250,000 of us? Please be quiet.
PoliticsRe: Video Documentary On Biafra by Dawgpound: 6:37pm On Nov 11, 2011
Its part of Nigerian history.
PoliticsRe: Biafra Built Three Planes In 3 Years? by Dawgpound: 6:34pm On Nov 11, 2011
It did happen but jealousy and envy won't let u admit. Yoruba people have always been envious of Igbos in particular and any other group East of Nigeria. I noticed new innovations have always been made by people from our side. If left alone I know how far our region would have gone.
PoliticsRe: Biafra Built Three Planes In 3 Years? by Dawgpound: 6:14pm On Nov 11, 2011
@Jason, Gareth might be from Edo state but state but it doesn't erase the fact that majority of the commentators are West of Edo all the way to Yoruba land. I respect Gareth for speaking the truth but I won't deny the fact that majority of the people belittling these achievements are from that side of Nigeria. Also from what I know Edo is just a state with Igbo, Bini, Esan, etc are natives of that state so what is Gareth's ethnicity? Its not that crucial anyway but just proving ur pointless statement. Be more specific.
PoliticsRe: Biafra Built Three Planes In 3 Years? by Dawgpound: 4:35pm On Nov 11, 2011
Its very clear that the only thing stopping these Nigerians from recognizing or appreciating the achievements of Biafra back in the 60s is nothing but bigotry. I have noticed that many of the commentators belittling these achievements are mostly from West of Edo state. Damn shame.

Yes I read about it and the older people I know confirmed the same thing. Biafra was very advanced and would have done more. Its sad we lost but I believe its not too late.

PoliticsRe: Arrest Northern Leaders Now Or We Attack Hausas-militants by Dawgpound: 7:30pm On Apr 29, 2011
@Jason, it like u can't comprehend simple English. I said Igbos should have their own militant wing not that MEND should be their militant wing. I don't care about ur dislike or paranoia when it concerns them. Your Itsekiri ppl will never be part of any Biafra so don't get too excited. U are Yoruba so just figure out how to move from Ijaw territory when the time comes.
PoliticsRe: Arrest Northern Leaders Now Or We Attack Hausas-militants by Dawgpound: 6:46am On Apr 29, 2011
Well EzeUche, tell ur foolish Igbo brothers to go home or find other places to do their business. Foolish people. Always running to the most dangerous part of the world in the name of making money. Its like ur people are acting like sheeps just walking straight to the slaughter house. Sorry I have to tell you Igbos the truth. You are a foolish set of people. How many times have the attacked u people in the North for u to not realize its time to get strapped up? Smh
PoliticsRe: Arrest Northern Leaders Now Or We Attack Hausas-militants by Dawgpound: 5:18am On Apr 29, 2011
@Jason, I am a son of the Delta. Ogoni 1st. My people have suffered untold hardships so I can feel MEND and Igbo ppl. Ijaw and Igbo come together please.
PoliticsRe: Arrest Northern Leaders Now Or We Attack Hausas-militants by Dawgpound: 5:03am On Apr 29, 2011
@EzeUche, Ndi-Igbo can't afford to sit on the fence coz either way like u said they will dragged into it. Ndi-Igbo and MEND should start working together. Ndi-Igbo need their militant wing. I don't see any reason why Ndi-Igbo can't use this as a perfect opportunity to avenge the deaths of their kin since the 50s.

I hate threats, just do it. You don't neeed to let them know.
PoliticsRe: Do You Support A North/South Referendum? by Dawgpound: 2:16am On Apr 27, 2011
If Yoruba and Igbo can't see past their rivalry to rescue themselves by creating a united Southern plus Middlebelt front then they are dumber than the core-North.

Effiong and Ojukwu have their issues but Effiong never betrayed Biafra and believed in Biafra till death. They have personal issues on how the war was handled but both wanted a liberated East and South.

Good sport @ EzeUche. I hope u apologize 1 day for the nonsense u've said to me in the past. No you are not a tribalist. Even u are its not bad coz u are defending your people. You know we share same dreams for our region. U can deny that all u want.
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 1:29am On Apr 25, 2011
Oil rich SS was already part of Biafra so there was nothing annex. If it was about annexation Effiong an Ibibio wouldn't have also led in that war. My father wouldn't have also fought in the war for Biafra. Nothing wrong with forming alliance to defeat the core-north but I am not joining u to harm the Igbo who I share the same struggle with and admire. MOSOP had once invited Ojukwu to come and speak at an event organized in remembrance of Wiwa and Ogoni reason but I heard he couldn't make it. Even Metee once lamented about the lack of unity and support of the Igbo. I think its wrong for them to simpy adopt a hands-off policy towards Eastern minorities but judging by our history I can understand but I am still mad at that. Well election of goodluck have ushered in a new era btwn us and Igbos bcoz btwn the 3 major tribes the Igbo threw their weight behind gOodluck like he was one of their own so I can see what can be achieved when we let go off all the bad blood. Jason u can carry swampy Itsekiri land and go with Yoruba.

PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 1:10am On Apr 25, 2011
So just to get back at the Igbo for Azikiwe's sin Awolowo sold our freedom? How stvpid and immature of him? Lagos was the capital and Biafra forces were after it. You capture the capital of a state you have won the war. They didn't invade because they were on some mission to wipe Yoruba ppl out. My father fought in the war. Akwaibom as well. Are the Igbo? Are the Ogoni ppl Igbo? Naw Jason fact is that btwn the Yoruba and Igbo u have aready declared u want Yoruba for obvious reasons so u can't fool me with the idea that u just want SS to play both sides against each other.
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 1:01am On Apr 25, 2011
Edo can go with Yoruba all day. To me they are Yoruba. Some Igbo told me they have Igbo ppl in Edo as well. huh? Ogoni is not going with u to Odua and we are not forming any ND with u. Having the Igbo the largest, then Ijaw and Efik ppl 2nd largest the Ogoni makes more sense to me and balances things out. We will only agrEe to be part of Biafra again if we still maintain our autonomy and I know that Biafra was fighting for.
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 12:53am On Apr 25, 2011
It was a Yoruba man by the name Awolowo that stripped us off ownership of our land and water not Igbo. Why should I join Yoruba who worked hand in hand with the North? Yoruba ppl flooded PH after the war because of Awolowo's wicked policy. You Itsekiri ppl can go with Yoruba. U are unimportant. Maybe if we all in the South had foresight we would have seen the need to fight along with Biafra and dislodge the North. I mean isn't it stvpid that in 2011 we are now singing Biafra song secession yet u want to paint their effort to liberate themselves and the South. MW had large native Igbo population so how is it abnormal that an Igbo was the leader as well? Who cares? The point was to defeat the North and u dropped the ball.
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 12:45am On Apr 25, 2011
I can also say u are a Yoruba working very hard to drag Ogoni into ur Odua nation. Not gonna happen. If u want to go by similarity then I have to school u. Urhobo have quite a lot in common with Igbos. Even Bini ppl but I noticed too many Igbos aren't too keen on agreeing with that. Ogoni is Ogoni but if we were top tag along it will be Igbo. What do we have in common with Yoruba? We share a lot with Ijaw and Igbo. My people fought on the Biafran side. Saro Wiwa and Adaka Boro were not killed by Igbos. I would have killed them myself. The midwest was captured by Biafran troops with help of Midwest Igbos and it was declared Republic of Benin so how did Biafra annex you?
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 12:25am On Apr 25, 2011
When did the Igbo colonize us? I don't remember Ogoni under Igbo rule. I fear Ijaw more than I fear the Igbo sef. Ijaw is like the face of ND. I'm okay being Ogoni.
PoliticsRe: Curfew In North Affects Prices In South by Dawgpound: 12:19am On Apr 25, 2011
The only group u ppl should fear and want to defeat na core-Northerners. My problem with so-called ND ppl like Jason is that they have misplaced anger and paranoia. The Igbo is the only ethnic group that share a lot in common with us politically, culturally, environmentally, etc
