purity2all: evening Gurus,
I intend to buy Samsung note 10 plus by the end of this month. I'm very particular about buying a brand new version of the phone and not a refurbished one.
Please, how do l know that the phone isn't refurbished. Secondly, does any one here has a sure plug? I stay in Lagos. Samsung note 10plus is jno longer been produced... You'll end up buying a sealed up refurbished as new. So, pls kindly get the UK used or refurbished... makes no difference |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How I Tricked My Brain To Like Doing Hard Things [dopamine Detox] by dawnomike(m): 12:03pm On Jul 20, 2024 |
Boscocharles: A few years ago, stuck in a monotonous 9-to-5 job, I longed for more freedom and financial independence. The booming field of digital real estate—buying, selling, and managing online properties—caught my attention, but I felt overwhelmed. One night, a YouTube video about dopamine detox piqued my interest. The idea was to reduce instant gratification activities like social media, junk food, and TV, resetting the brain's reward system to enjoy challenging tasks more.
The next day, I started my detox, limiting social media to 30 minutes daily, cutting out junk food, and replacing TV with reading or learning. The first few days were tough, but after a week, my focus and productivity soared. Hard tasks became enjoyable. I began investing in digital real estate with new vigor, buying my first domain, learning SEO, and monetizing websites.
Each small victory fueled my passion, transforming my life. I created a thriving digital real estate portfolio and found deep satisfaction. One standout moment was working on a niche website for months, then seeing a massive spike in traffic, validating all my efforts.
Breaking into digital real estate was challenging but rewarding. The dopamine detox made hard work enjoyable, unlocking new productivity and satisfaction levels. If you're struggling with tough tasks or seeking your passion, try a dopamine detox. Start small, stay consistent, and watch your brain—and life—transform. If I could trick my brain into liking hard work, so can you. Here's to your journey into digital real estate and beyond! Great piece... |

Sapasenator: The richest man in China said, “If you put the bananas and money in front of the monkeys, the monkeys will choose bananas because the monkeys don't know that money can buy a lot of bananas.
In fact, if you offer WORK and BUSINESS to people, they will choose to WORK because most people don't know that a BUSINESS can make more MONEY than a salary.
One of the reasons the poor are poor is because the poor are not trained to recognize the entrepreneurial opportunity.
They spend a lot of time in school and what they learn in school is to work for a salary instead of working for themselves.
Profit is better than wages because wages can support you, but profits can make you a fortune.
WHAT'S YOUR OPINION?
Culled from GB. Stick to both until your profit outweighs your wages |

kpakpandoN: It is quite terrible that some people judge individuals who have made mistakes just so they can feel better about themselves. Their goal is to boost their self-esteem rather than admonish the people who made the mistake or bring them to Christ. The people who attempted to stone the adulterous woman in John 8:1-11 were just like this. They did not expect that Jesus would put the searchlight of righteousness on them; He humiliated them as they planned to humiliate her.
When we correct someone just to show how righteous we are, we are attacking their self-esteem, adding to the weight of guilt they already bear, and making it more difficult for them to come to Christ. God turns against people who condemn others to prove that they are righteous. When Jesus sees a fallen soldier in His army, He wants to help the fellow up. If He discovers that other soldiers are throwing stones at the fellow to kill him or her completely, He turns against those soldiers to defend the one who is wounded.
It is unfortunate that many Christians use their superiority complex to hand their own brothers and sisters over to the devil. For example, who is a young Christian girl supposed to turn to if she becomes pregnant out of wedlock? Fellow believers or unbelievers? In most cases, her church members might call her a prostitute and make her feel unwanted, while unbelievers may show her care and understanding. When soldiers are wounded, they need people to help them dress their wounds so they can stand up again. If the people they get help from are from the enemy’s camp, they may never return to their own camp again. This is why many backsliders keep going deeper into sin. They think that they will no longer find forgiveness and acceptance in the church, so they backslide completely. The Holy Spirit is still drawing them toward the church, but they are reluctant to go back out of the fear of being condemned by the people who should show love to them the most.
Beloved, if a fellow believer falls, don’t condemn the person. Don’t turn such a person into an object of gossip, rather, get other Christians together to pray and follow up on the fellow until he or she comes back to God. This was the testimony about Job in Job 4:3-4.
Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast strengthened the weak hands. Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees. Written by Pastor E.A. Adeboye. I love the headline as well as the content here |

DeDonniesHomes: 10 years ago, a friend named Ismail called me to join him to inspect a piece of land in OPIC Estate area. Each plot was sold for #290,000 in that particular estate. I didn’t buy it for some reason.
So recently, a client asked me to get a quarter plot of land for him along Mowo – Ikoga road. He wants one that’s facing the road. I put on my realtor cap and got straight to work. I expected a full plot of land to be sold for #2,500,000 - #4,000,000 around there. Because it used to be sold for #500,000 - #1,500,000 back in the days I was shocked to find that a quarter plot of land along the Mowo – Ikoga road presently sells for #5,000,000 - #6,000,000 This implies that a full plot of land facing the Mowo – Ikoga road goes for #20,000,000 - #22,000,000 What! This must be a joke! And this is a location that was highly underrated. I contacted someone else, lol! and behold, it was the same surprising price. So, I decided to find out what the current price of a piece of land along OPIC Estate Road is In fact, let me leave that to you to figure out.
~ Donald Karo The price value of OPIC as of now is not for the small pocketed... |
