Women as Househelps?

You dont know me,

While growing up, i was the eldest and a boy, None of my siblings ever washed my clothes, i did everything by myself or drycleaner.

I detest nothing more than a lazy woman. If the woman can go and work and bring in money, not leech on her husband and contribute proportionally to the running of the house, thats perfect. We can get househelp for all the house chores. Dont give me the I cant and I wont attitude, make a logical argument and we can reason.

While working in Nigeria, I had female colleagues who were married who close late and get home at 10pm atimes even work weekends and travel out of station regularly, i cant expect the husband of such to expect freshly cooked food and laundry done.

As long as you make a logical argument for it, We can reason together. Not you lazing around and expect the husband to be your lifetime meal ticket while you are watching Genevieve. How much do househelps cost.

The only place I need her to be up and doing is in bed.

Pls How did Fabregas prove anything If I may ask?

How did he prove he was better than Sneijder? By leading his team to 5 trophyless season or by having his butt glued to the NT bench?

Sneijder led his team to the treble, He led his team almost singlehandedly to the WC finals

Tell us something Fabregas has done for ANY team since he started football. Emirates cup?

Below are the individual honours by Sneijder. tell us about Fabregas

Wesley Sneijder

UEFA Euro 2008 Team of the Tournament
FIFA World Cup Silver Ball (1): 2010
FIFA World Cup Bronze Shoe (1): 2010
FIFA World Cup All-Star Team (1): 2010
UEFA Club Midfielder of the Year (1): 2009-10

Ibime:
I think you must be high on something.

So na so you rate Sneijder reach?

You are surely deluded.

Sneijder cannot clean Cesc boots in this life or the next.

Lets be honest, Cesc was the best player in the prem until his injury last season.
Pls clarify, What are you trying to say? fabregas compared to Sneijder?

Ibime you need to go for rehab, In the last 3 weeks something has been wrong with you, maybe its time you visit those gambian red light district

Vandervaart who has been seated on the bench for club and country Is actually one of the top 3 midfielders in EPL this season.

What Sneijder achieved last season, The whole Fabregas family cant achieve in 6 lifetimes

The one who played the best football. . . Its not actually difficult.

What exactly did Sneijder do that was better than Ronaldo in the year under review?
Sneijder led his team to the treble, Ronaldo led his team trophyless.

Sneijder was best midfielder in UEFA competitions Ronaldo wasnt under consideration

In the biggest competition of the year, Sneijder scored 5 world cup goals, Ronaldo scored 1

How do you determine the best midfielder in Europe?

Someone who led his team to the treble, and a world cup finals or someone who has led his team to half a decade of trophylessness.

What exactly did Iniesta do that was better than Sneijder in the year under review?

My mistake, they lost to AEK Athens, an even smaller team 1-0.  tongue

Regarding the 'timing' of the losses, one could also argue that Arsenal 'knew' that they only needed to win their home game against Partizan to go through, therefore could afford the luxury of losing 'inconsequential' games away from home.
Glad you are back, I was about turning myself to the police for involuntary manslaughter.

What are you talking about here?

Milan topped their group from the first day till the end of the groupstages. They could afford to lose their last 2 group games and still qualify.

ANyone following CL football would know this was something peculiar with Milan under Ancelotti Win their early group games and relax in the last games.

But as at today, Last matchday, Arsenal is not guaranteed of qualification for the next round. so where is the Logic?

There is this general perception that a player who "leads" his teams to the CL/WC title/final should automatically win the award or at least be in the top 3. . . I for one dont harbor such thoughts.

If we set aside the fact Sneijder played WC/CL final for a minute, was he any better than the likes of Ronaldo, Rooney, or Cesc? I dont think so.

Afterall, it is an individual award and should be based squarely on individual performances.
Ritchboy is back with his upside-down logic.

Why did he win UEFA club midfielder of the year? You would say because he plays for Inter I would like to know why not Stankovic, Muntari or Cambiasso (They are all midfielders playing for Inter).

Why was Sneijder nominated for Golden ball after the World cup, If not for his individual performance?

That Arsenal won Braga(Playing CL football for the first time in history) is enough indication?

Barca lost to Shakhtar in 08/09 and won the trophy. Milan lost to Lille and Anderlecht in 06/07 and won the trophy.

It seems you left the remnants of your brain in university.
Dobo,

You are one of the dangers of adult education.

Pls when did Milan lose to Anderlecht and what was the scoreline?

Secondly Milan has already qualified as group leaders by the time they played Lille, everyone knows teams dont take those games serious unlike Lille who needed the win.

Just like barcelona losing to Shaktar in an inconsequential group game

Assanal on the other hand are yet to qualify when they lost 2 back to back games, By the end of today, they might end up group winners, second or even in Europa league.

@DK
Sneidjer never had a chance cos coincidentally all the past WPY awards for WC years have gone to players from the WC winning team.
So here is my prediction
1: Xavi
2: Messi
3: Iniesta
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIFA_World_Player_of_the_Year
Sneijder in top 3 is not asking for too much.

He was UEFA club competition Best midfielder of the season. (All the nominees too play UEFA competition)

He scored 5 World cup goals that took his country to the finals of the WC for the first time in 32yrs

You mean these count for nothing in Making top 3?

Now tell me what Iniesta achieved in the year to make him deserve the top 3 Spot.

BTW I have no problem with Xavi winning it, He is long overdue

Why is Sneijder not in top 3 especially in place of Iniesta
