at this rate, you are the one useless - there's no logic in your argument. your premise that mata leading the assist league means torres should be benefitting from him is irrational. rooney also leads the assist league and van persie has only benefited once from wazza. if torres is as useless as you claim, why has no other striker scored more than torres in the league @ chelsea?

of all the chelsea players in the last 5 yrs, mata is the best candidate to play behind torres. he's skillful, he has all the attributes to be great in that role but he can still add more to his game. i have never ever criticised mata's signing @ chelsea. this time last year, i told you fools here mata is better than david silva and he's the new midfield general in the premier league. i blame di matteo for this crisis - he should be instructing mata how to find torres with the quick pass! i also criticised villas-boas for playing mata on the flanks!

This is the frame right after your Danny's "foot analysis" . . Look at the shape of his body and tell me he ever intended to make that pass. What's even more compelling is that Torres continues on his forward run in case Sturridge still finds a way somehow of getting that pass through. So much for your claim of Torres hiding.
