^^

Dapo I really cant say, I think they go for business etc.

Also I think Ijesha ppl travel too. But the Ogbomosho one is almost an epidemic It was really an issue around 1993 during the June 12 crisis when different ppl were coming back to Ogbomoso looking for their family house and the only description they has was that there was a tree in front of it. Obviously it was their parents generation tha travelled and they relied on mouth to mouth news

When I said per capita that means you cant compare figure for figure

If we have 40m Igbos and 15m outside Igboland and you have 2m Ogbomoso ppl with 1m outside that means we have more Ogbomoso ppl per capita outside.

Evidence. Go to any Northern City and see the number of recent Ogbomoso migrants. especially in places like Jos, Minna, Kano and Kaduna

Who would be in Jos and not know about Ogbomoso ppl, Also you know a lot of tem have blended with the local population.

A lot of prominent Northeners are actually Ogbomosho ppl. e.g Some of these NFA ppl either Sani Toro or Amos Adamu (Not sure) one of them is Ogbomoso claiming North.

While serving in the North I saw many of them who have changed names e.d An Abraham Sunday, Dorcas Emmanuel etc

Then also in Ghana, I think the current King was actually brought from outside Ogbomoso

As traders, Yoruba in Ghana contributed to the spread of Islam and Christianity.4 Migrants from Ogbomoso town in particular established branches of Baptist Church in both the rural and urban areas of Ghana. By 1948, they had formed Baptist associations reporting to the Baptist Convention until 1964 when they formed their own Ghana Convention.5 In the 1940s equally, Muslim traders from Ogbomoso established Nurudeen Society for the spread of Islam in Ghana. They established Mosques in Tamale, Accra, Secondi, Suhum, Koforidua, Tarkwa, Tema, Kumasi and others.

And thankfully its not about what you regard rather about what it is.

I can as well say I dont regard Edo as a SS state because they have more similarity and share ancestry to Yorubas than to ppl from Cross River, Akwa Ibom RIvers etc.

Same with Kwara.

Edo desite sharing a similar culture to Yorubas is still NOT a SW state and Kwara is still not a SW state

So HIV Awolowo and her prodigal sons are whining?

God Punish them. Awon iran were, Your demise has just begun. Those that cant even win their own wards posing as Yoruba leaders

Naijababe,

Agbalagba ti o ba so agbado mo idi ti so ara re di alawada adire. SIMPLE

If you join forces with the oppressors then You are not our leader.

Yorubas know their leader.

Our leaders are Ashiwaju Bola Tinubu, Bisi Akande, Babatunde Raji Fashola, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Iroko Segun Mimiko, Kayode Fayemi, Ibikunle Amosun, Abiola Ajimobi etc

We know OBJ and HIV are the father and mother of OGD, Akala and other outcasts

Like they said OBj is the father of bazztardss

Obinoscopy:
It seems Nigerians (save for the south easterners) are not good travellers as it would seem they don't know much about other states save for the one they are resident upon.

It is evident from the misinformed comments of some nlers on some states like Anambra.
If only you know.

I know ppl from my town travel more than anyone in this country per capita.

Check the number of Ogbomoso ppl all over the North and even in places as far as Ghana

Check the number of Ejigbo ppl in Cote D Ivore which is called Abidjan by Yorubas

asha 80:
you need to travel outside the southwest.
Any official figure to back it up?

Cos if you claim some estimates said Anambra is 8m, Some estimates can also put Oyo at 12m.
Politics › Re: Between Yorubas And Ghanaians: What Is The Problem? by dayokanu(m): 4:39pm On Oct 10, 2011
This is basic common sense.

It depends on which side of Nigeria borders the country

Chadians would have more interactions with Kanuris than with Igbos,

Nigeriens would have more interactions with Katsina, Sokoto and Kano than with Yorubas,

Camerounians would have more interactions with Taraba, Cross rivers than with Nupe.

SO it wont be out of place to expect the Chadian impression of Nigeria to be limited to Kanuris etc

Didn't I give you a source?

Anambra is one of the most densley populated places in Africa with over 1500-2000 people per square mile. It is also the second most populous Southern state.

Here's one source: In this source the 2005 estimate was given at 7.8 million http://www.ngex.com/nigeria/places/states/anambra.htm

Here's another one where the 2010 estimate for Anambra state was 8.5 million. http://www.igbofocus.co.uk/html/anambra_state.html

Don't believe everything on Wikipedia, anyone can log into it and change the data or worse put up false data as you were given.
You are quoting estimates when we have from official Anambra state source that its 4.1m

http://www.anambrastate.gov.ng/

So we should believe igbofocus over the State official website.

Calling Anambra the second populous State is quite ignorant and uneducated if you dont consider other southern  States

Anambra is the second most populous southern state and third most populous state in Nigeria after Lagos and Kano so yeah it deserves a spot somewhere on the top.

Also many of Nigerias celebrities have originated from Anambra including Chinua Achebe.

That's what I thought. . . .the goal they scored came from the German RB/midfield going asleep and allowing Hakan to ghost into the box to score.
Actually it was Thomas Muller that failed to track his man.

For videos of the game watch this link. It shows why Manuel neuer is the best keeper in the world

from 0;50  watch how he planned Germanys first goal and second too

At 1:00 before he caught the ball he was already calling on Thomas Muller to get into position to receive it, watch his mouth as he calls on Thomas

The Turks barely disturbed the German defence. The defence had a quiet day thanks to the Midfield combo of Schweini and hedira and also the offensive pressure of Muller , Gomez and Goetze
