@Fpeter doh, we have all been there. I took consolation from God's words and my e-family here. Also one of the days I was very down and managed to drag myself to church, while listening to the homily the priest spoke about seeking first the kingdom of God and every other thing will be given unto us. He also spoke about counting our blessing. Do you know the count your blessings hymn? my dear when I counted my blessings,named them one after the other. I felt uplifted, and never got so depressed.
It will surely be well ma.

Hello mamas, please I have been losing weight due to the vomiting to take prenatal is a problem. I have not taken anything for almost a week now. What should I do? I am scared. I ve lost about 3kg.

I know it's difficult but you know what? For peace to reign do your chores yourself after all if he wasn't there you would have to do it. Ignore whatever he does, give him food at due time. If meat finishes, serve the food without meat and eat it along with them. Do not complain. If he leaves your clothes outside don't pay him back, if you see his own pack it. I tell you if he has a conscience he will change. He will come and beg. Or your dh will even be the one to kick him out.

Dazzle darling, you can ask for medication that's if it's so bad that you vomit anything that enters your mouth. They gave me antiemitics. After vomiting, don't try to eat anything for at least 30 minutes then start eating by trying something that has bland taste or something that is easy on your stomach. I start by eating banana in small bits and stay hydrated with ORS.

Lol at your bump, if you are a ftm it'll take time and then get very big from 6-7 months. For my first, I got a noticeable bump at 7 months, it got so big that I started having stretch marks 1 week before delivery (initially, I was happy I skipped that part ). My stomach returned to its pre-pregnancy size but for this one, at 7 weeks, everyone knew I was pregnant .

Good morning house. Ms has gotten worse, been throwing up, haven't been able to take my prenatal for 3days now. I am scared of getting admitted, I feel sick all day because I try to hold down vomiting.
should I ask my dr for medication for vomiting?

On the up side, I lay on the cold tiles In my room all night cos of the heat and woke up this morning to notice a small bump. It was so exciting. Funny I only noticed it when I lay on the floor. I have a very flat tummy and I am 10 weeks and 4days.

My dear you will have your own when it is time. It is God who gives children. I remember at a point during my ttc journey the only people I took note of were pregnant women. Once I see them I will be looking longingly at them. I loved children so much right from when I was a child, I would play with babies, beg to be allowed to carry them,I I would spend hours with children. My SIL who was 11 years older than me was getting pregnant easily even with fibroids. Even at work my colleagues were passing it on to each other. My friends who married around the same time. as I did all had children even some two some pregnant with the second. I stopped going to some places because people who knew me would always look at my belly, my hubby actually caught one lady starring at my stomach. Relatives were calling my parents asking after me. I withdrew myself from keeping in touch with friends except about 3,who were childhood friends and doctors. All of hubby's friends who got married after him all had children, but we kept trusting in God. I kept praying for God to direct me.
When it was time God blessed me with a bfp. After 2years and 8 months of marriage, and I am sure he will complete what is remaining, carrying my bundle of joy.
Truck load of baby dust to you all. I always remember you in my prayers.

WIDD ,I didn't BD at all during the 2ww and my hubby doubled his dosage of all the Vitamins like C,E,B6,and took Wellman conception.

Make I rant small.. .i visited my Aunt on Sunday morning who want to dedicate her baby in church...*fast-forward to church*i sidon jejely under fan for church so dey call first timer to come forward nah so my aunt push me forward i sah no insist, I went nd they pray for me nah so den give me chair for front Seat mean y no fan nd low ventilation for dere...hmmmm I sah sidon dey look d pastor as he dey minister after some min I was feeling heat, chai huge heat+blurred vision but I was shy to stand up ND receive fresh air outside cusz nah front seat i sidon. *fast-forward to pastor office *i open my eye and i saw 2pastor nd a woman praying for me, my beautiful dress don wet, my hair nd body re wet as well with water nd anoiting oil. I was confused and ashamed, latr I was told i fainted when d pastor was preaching. .JESUS!! !!nah so I flash black ooh,omg the heat caused it(i hate heat) Member of d church keep coming to greet me in d office i was so ashamed of myself so tay nah my aunt nd husband con drag me for d office wen dey close. Cusz I can't imagine first time in their church nd i fainted. dis nah my first time I go faint ooh, Nah so dis pregnancy do me shege ND embarrass me on Sunday ooh.. .

Lol, I have experienced such several times even as a child by adulthood I started noticing that my body gives me signs (the blurred vision and excessive sweating) that am about to blackout,it was then I started noticing that it only happened on days where I had stressed myself , sweated a lot not taken enough water or none at all, (I was in the habit of doing that, I just would not feel thirsty) . When I avoided these It stopped . Very embarrassing cos it always happens outside. I always carry water in my bag.

1) how long did you use pregnacare before your bfp.
2) I get from your post that you used m2tone for less than 2 months before your bfp, where you on anything else before then.
3) did you have elongated cycles because of the pregnacre and m2tone.
4) what was the fertility issue you were treating.
What was your general experience with the combo?
I am asking all this becos immediately after your testimony, I started m2tone in December, I was already on pregnacare before then(but was not religious with it), I started fully after your testimony.
I noticed that I purged for 2 days the first time I took the pregnacare and the m2tone together, so I started spacing them with at least 1 hour between each one.
QNow, my AF is late with 4days, I have tested 2 times, its bfn. I was wondering what your experiences were. I am not really treating much, no fibroid or pcos, just a progesterone noand fsh that can sometimes be a bit off range.

Luckily I documented my drug intake on my calendar app.
1. I started pregnacare on the 5th of Nov. Started m2tone a little earlier, on the first of Nov and took both religiously. I took m2tone alone in the mornings then took m2tone and pregnacare in the evenings always on a full stomach. So from 5th of Nov to 12dec when I got my BFP makes it 5 weeks and 2days.

2. I was not on anything else apart from pregnacare conception.

3. No It didn't in fact my period used to fluctuate between between 24days to 28. The only period I had on it was a 24days cycle. I started both drugs mid cycle. So no it didn't. Drugs don't usually elongate my cycle even when I was on clomid

4. I had no fertility issue per say. I had taken care of the fibroids through surgery I had over a year. Did hormonal test and shared it here. My prolactin was on the high side of normal according to the lab ranges, while progesterone was on the low side of normal. But everyone I showed said the results were OK. I was not getting pregnant so I started doing research online on unexplained infertility, stumbled upon a Nigerian forum got the Dr's number and sent him the picture of my cd3 hormonal result. He told me the two hormones were a bit abnormal, he was the first person telling me that, then he prescribed m2tone showed dh the chat after I had researched on it online. we immediately went to buy it. I decided to add pregnacare conception on my own.
I didn't have any reaction to the combination of drugs. Everybody reacts differently to drugs. I read reviews on Amazon on pregnacare some said it delayed their periods.

That doesn't sound like postpartum depression. You are just bored. People who are not pregnant feel that way. You can always go out. Hang out with friends, go to the movies or read a novel.
