The Imo state Governor, His Excellency Dist. Senator Hope Uzodinma was on the 26th day of July 2022, flagged off the construction of Orlu-Mgbe-Akokwa road in the state.

The road which was seriously in bad condition for many years having being abandoned by the formal Governor of Imo State who served 8 year tenure as the governor of the state and who also hail from ideato. Meanwhile, the situation of the road called for Dist. Senator Hope Uzodinma's attention who contracted a good construction company to handle the road project and possibly expand its size to accommodate motorist and pedestrian that operates within and outside the environment.

The flag-off ceremony was a celebration to the people and a loose from bondage by the people of ideato local government as the road, after completion will improve economic activities and thereby bring rapid development which ideato people have craved for, for many years now.

Speaking on the occasion, members of ideato Local government thank Imo State government of Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma whose kind hearts has brought a big relief to the people of ideato. The people also use the occasion to berate the poor performance of Senator Rochas Okorocha who had everything at his disposal to make ideato and it's environ a first class city in Imo State,
promising Senator Rochas Okorocha that as a people, they will not forgive him for his wicked guesture to the people of ideato and will make sure that they stone him anytime he sets his foot on ideato soil unless he chooses to fly by air.

It stuns me the way people criticize APC and his governor in Imo here on nairaland but in reality, they love and are happy with Hope Uzodinma for his unpolitical strength in carrying out massive infrastructural projects that is of international standard. Hope Uzodinma has defiled the claims of his failure in governance and proven that he is indeed a leader of repute.

This is not the first strike in naija country and I don't see it to be the last even after bubu. It started with pdp after military rule and I don't think with will end even if you elect any pdp candidate come 2023.

How will he achieve his presidency when he is not a registered member of APC in Imo State.

Rochas really hurt and set back Imo State and I am sure that is what he is going to do in Nigeria.
