It depends

1. Does the country you stay require TB?

2. Will you spend more than 6months in Nigeria

If Yes to both questions above then please do TB in Nigeria

If Yes to question 1 and No to question 2 then you should be able to do TB in the country you are in

If No to both questions then you don't need a TB but still do one preferably in Nigeria

Apologies if what i thought wasn't what you meant, if you do need to take out funds please keep evidence of what was taken out and the value of pounds gotten (black market aboki's can give receipt/invoices/any document to show the exchange if you request), and same with banks if you are getting PTA so that you are covered at POE

Remember using form A may still be a cheaper option for fees and people here still use that method to pay

If so please fill up the details asap and send back to them

If not , try to reply the previous mail with UKVI and continue escalating from there

Exactly, public forums are perfect evidence for policy changes and yes everyone including R and D in UKVI can have access to this forum

People are responsible for the decisions they take but don't bring it and expect people on Nairaland to say Yes. It's bad enough.

Did you notice how Uni 's initial deposits increased, a spin-off effect of what was presented versus the reality of the student.

Subtle but stringent changes and na only small evidence UKVI need oh. Plus we no even know the agenda of the next PM

UKVI is so overwhelmed at the moment and to be honest you have done what you can by escalating

At this point there should be alternative plans

I.e Moving flight forward if the whole family still insists on traveling together

2. Breaking the trip so some travel and the rest joins in that scenario the MA can travel and the dependants come in including the little one.

3. Consider the option of unaccompanied minor, some airlines offer it

i just want you all to know this is the most informative and self explanatory community as regards tier 4 visa, i used this platform when i wanted to start my process in 2021, we Got our visa and travelled, in 2022 my sister and her family (Family of 6), i just dropped their Visa alert about 2 weeks ago, May God bless every one that contributes to each others growth in here. @duchess and @justwise amongst others i did not mention Thank you all, only God can reward you.

I am facing one major challenge as regards My sisters application, 5 members of the Family already Got their visas delivered to them, The last Baby of the House visa Passport is yet to leave DMC, After a paid mail decision was said to have been taken,

The whole family is due to travel Sept 10, The 7 year old boy can not be left in Nigeria because the whole family are traveling together.

An escalation paid mail was sent on 23 of August, but The replied n 25th of August that the issue has been escalated and we should not get back to them until after 15 working days.

Pls has anyone had this issue in the past, How were you able to quickly resolve it, or any suggestion on how to Go about it?

You basically decieved UKVI then by submitting a document you truly don't have access to.
Until we have more stringent rules that's when we will learn and listen

The jnternationalnpassport I submitted for CAS and BIOMETRICS expires by 4th of January,2023. I have however applied and gotten a new international passport, and my biometrics is for 31st of August 2022.

1. I need your advice on which of the passport to submit for visa purposes

2. I don't know if a letter of explanation would be required to help give clarity.

3. The new passport also carries the previous passport number.

You will need some evidence from Uni saying you have completed your course, I am pretty sure they will check your records for outstanding fees

Also, you won't get your certificate if you don't complete your fees

If you're so worried that you might be checked for financial evidence, try and convince her to give you for 24 hours till you arrive successfully. Perhaps, tell her your fears (those ones attached to not having the funds in your account at POE). She just might budge as an African mummy. Dem dey quick fear.

I found it very difficult reading this post

For your visa application you should be fine because parents can sponsor your studies but POE is a different story.

Your POF is for your studies so there should be a plan on how you will access the funds when you get here. It doesn't stop at submitting bank statement and birth certificate.

We can't tell you how to defend yourself at POE, Border patrol officers are psychologically trained and can smell a lie from a distance if they are interested in your case they know what to do

The question is,how will you access your funds in school? If you can answer that then you can defend yourself

Am already in the process of submitting my questionnaire with payment to Uni of Sunderland and preparing my sponsor POF as well as other documents to back it up only for a family friend who migrated to uk in January through student route to start bombarding my sponsor my mom with POE stuffs. That he was asked to login his bank app and all that.., that I will have prob defending a sponsor at POE since am grown up and working.

My only option is using my mom’s account because she doesn’t want to transfer the POF money to my account. Please what’s the way around this because I dey swear for the person like this! Since yesterday, I no sleep well.

Can you confirm that the transaction went through and you were debited through your bank?

It seems like a pending transaction and if it is then it should automatically be reversed back to your account, that's for your bank to deal with

If the transaction went through then send another email to TLS with the evidence and give them sometime to sort it out

Please, I need your advice.
I made payment for priority on 15th August and got this message: “Your transaction is successful, but there was a problem connecting to the Merchant’s website. Please contact the Merchant that you got this error message”.
I filled complaint form on the TLS contact website.
Did walk in with my family on the 18th of August, and I was told priority payment is not reflected on their system. I asked if I could make another payment they said no.
Sent several emails to TLS still no response.

Bank statement can be printed for more than 28days

The ECO hopefully should be able to verify the statement,if not an NSF will e sent for it.

If that happens she should reprint it till date and ensure it is stamped

Since it's for your fees please and please, keep the screenshot/evidence of the transfer from account A to Account B and the form A copy you are raising online

Stanbic messed me up so I am using another bank. The current time line for skilled workers visa outside the UK is 3weeks plus you got an NSF requesting TB certificate and you responded last week

My advise considering that Monday 29th is bank holiday, you can make a paid call by next Friday if you haven't heard from them.
