Is investment accounts part of the accounts accepted by UKVI?

Do you have access to the funds in your investment account whilst studying?

Keep evidence of the origin (I e sales or salary) if it is requested provide it

My opinion,print your entire 28days till date

It should cover and show that this funds are still currently available to remove any concerns from the ECO

Since you haven't done your biometrics

Log back into your application it will bring you to the summary page

Scroll down,there should be an option to download consent letter,it's just highlighted in a text very tricky to find

You will download pages 1-3and sign and upload accordingly

Happy Sunday house, I have been seeing posts about consent form. I didn't fill any or even see anything like that when I was filling my visa application form for me or my partner. Note that the maintenance funds would be provided by me. Someone should kindly shed more light on this as we haven't done biometrics yet. Thanks

I know the cost of tickets are bitting hard at the moment but please Enrollment is a very important step in studying in the UK

Ensure you have spoken to your Uni's and explored options of online enrollment and/or late enrollment/or missing classes if you are considering flying on a later date. If possible have that information in writing (emails)

1. What service do you have? Self service or assisted service.

If self you have to upload the soft copy m,if assisted,go with hard copy TLS will do the work for you.

2. Not a probably, ensure the relevant consent letter on your application is signed and submitted

3.it will depend on No 1. If self service only your passport, document checklist and anything you may have missed if assisted service then everything you need to upload

Does your sister have sole custody of her daughter declared by the court?

If not your niece will keep getting refused

Tackle that first and then we can sort out the rest of the documents she needs to add for her application

Yes, please go back to your sign in page, and provide biometrics so it takes you to TLS page and add priority service

1st page MA signs and dependants signs individually. If there are child dependants then whoever filled the form needs to sign it


2nd and 3rd will depend on your circumstances

It's entirely up to the ECO to ask for that document

You may wish to prepare like they would . In that case prepare documents to show what you have used your maintenance for, like tenancy agreement, fees paid,bills paid, groceries receipt randomly selected

Or one person signs and scans and the other downloads and signs.

You don't need a separate letter, the consent letter signed by you and your spouse (not the UKVI one) should be sufficient

They are both easy to get if you meet the requirements

Have a look at skilled workers visa documents

You will need your TB test, IHS, Visa fees and Evidence of support if your COS doesn't cover it. Here's a link for more research https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/documents-you-must-provide

You already know for study visa

The choice is ultimately yours

I would prefer to work since I have the option of also studying if my employer permits

When you get your COS then we can start from there

If these are regular transactions in her account please provide evidence for that for instance if it was sales or a gift or services provided
And address the concerns in a cover letter
