How does your name appear on your marriage certificate?
If it's the same with your bank details I won't be concerned about getting an additional affidavit

Why was the pension savings account included in your application when it was not needed??

Your cover letter seems okay but please draw the ECOs attention to the relevant bank details

If you are quoting the bank account that has the maintenance funds state the account name and no and total funds.

You can add the letter from PFA but your explanation is very important. You may further wish to reprint the correct bank statement and resubmit, stating in your cover letter that you are resubmitting the correct account details earlier submitted showing funds are available till date

Yes the funds in both our accounts cover for us, without even the pension savings.
and I was able to get a letter from the PFA that a percentage of the money is available to use for the applicant, if he is out of job.

Is it okay to ask that a document be disregarded?, maybe I should add that to this my response, or the response is good to go. i added a table of breakdown of the funds we have and how much each applicant requires.

Go back to the agent and request for the documents.Hopefully you were not banned or request for your immigration records with the home office you will need an UK address for this

Also if you filled married and you are single that is deemed as deception

Anyway find out your immigration records first, and whatever you do going forward be truthful

There's nothing to worry about and you are not required to do anything when you receive an empty NSF. It just means they need more time

I will suggest you wait a week before making any paid call or mail

The MA should send a copy of this to his/her Uni and request for more time to resume or online options

Difficult but not impossible
The Uni that grants you admission for precas will have your entire masters in view if not already in your CAS and visa duration

If you are changing Uni's you have to go through the entire process of getting another CAS ,if the process isn't completed early and your visa duration is running out you might have to return to apply from Nigeria

Hello All, I intend going for care work or probably apply as UK student, I have my student copy of Bsc biology transcript used for masters, a copy of certificate of another Bsc child education and certificate for masters in education.

I know having NARIC equivalent might be useful as a student, care work, settlement, ILR, and naturalisation. Which I don't want to go through English brouhaha anymore with faith.

It might not be easy to get the letter from university I had the Bsc but can I use letter from the university I had the masters which i collected the masters certificate please N:B no masters transcript?

My sister picked up her Visa on Friday and we noticed there was an error on it.

The error is from the narration which state "DEPENDANT, No Work, No Business No Public Funds". I[b]nstead of "Restricted Work, No Sportsperson, No Public Fund".[/b]

Also, the Primary Applicant's name (Her Husband) is not written on her Visa to show she is dependent on him. I am of the opinion that they should go and rectify it from the UK instead of submitting it back to TLScontact and wait till because we were told that they can not say when it will be ready again.

Does your change of name address the error or just focused on your maiden name

If it does then you don't need an affidavit if not please get an affidavit

The major concern is the timeframe and extra cost where applicable

Some expect you to applying weeks and up to months before the date of travel which is usually a concern to meet up resuming studies.

Maintenance funds doesn't include visa fees and IHS. That is completely separate.

Not sure what you mean by monthly income, the rules are clear evidence of £680*9months outside London (I assume outside London) so it should have the full statement of £6120 for minimum 28days not monthly income, verifiable and for the use of maintenance

Your POF is for your study,not sure why you are asking for a confirmation in doing the wrong thing.

Unless you are using your funds for maintenance i.e paying for an accommodation etc in that case keep the relevant evidence


Otherwise you are clearly on your own
