Sanchez01: Nobody owes anybody shvt. Christian Chukwu excelled in his own way and lived life. That he was, at some point, a national player, a one time Kenyan National Team coach, means he once had a life but for where? They all come back as a destitute later after squandering their resources.
Then they come out later to blackmail the government of the day for turning a blind eye on them like the government didn't pay them for their services in those days.
Louis Adriano, the left footed Inter Milan and Brazil star is poor now and rolls in one of the Favelas Brazil. About three months ago, Ronaldinho was broke that all he had was some €5 in his pocket. You don't see these guys running to the government because they know no one owes them a thing.
The fall ill and suddenly can't foot their bills and then their families resort to blackmailing the government like its their birthright. I stopped pitying most of these so-called, one-time stars turned destitutes. The same thing with Bash Ali during Jonathan's era, making useless recordings that he has been abandoned.
What has he been doing with the 'token' he earns from the Rangers' Corporation? After wasting their lives out, they come around and disturb people. Chukwu and his family should go and sleep, abeg. Suffice to say that it goes a long to tell about we Africans (Esp. those(we) South of the Sahara) and our 'sense of ENTITLEMENT'. These so called stars come cup in hand harassing the govt and the people even when they could not make any positive impact at the peek of their careers. Don't tell me playing for the national team is an IMPACT ,....THEY WERE PAID HANDSOMELY for that. Do players know what MINIMUM WAGE is about? NONSENSE AND ENUGU STATE GOVT CUM C. CHUKWU |

Ugwuanyi has more achievements on Nairaland'front page than in his state. Bro, the whole shit is quite appalling. Can you imagine, they stated above that his current position in the state civil service and the wages that come with it is enough to carter for his wellbeing yet they went ahead to spend millions on him. I might sound like a "saddist" but any footballer who got to Chukwu's status and suddenly can't foot his medical bills should be blamed up front and allowed to bear whatever consequence that comes from his inability to make hay while the sun shined! This is a man who handled many managerial positions and still occupies an executive position till date. Go to the hospitals and see poor people wandering about the premises for lack of medical bills yet the govt does nothing. The state govt like playing to the gallery and being in the news. Gov. The ibos are the enemies of the nation and they know nothing about politics.Of course, they themselves regretted it.The materialistics, tribalistics, and jingoistics among the ibos, are the most useless people on Earth.these same people were the ones destroying the people of Eastern Nigeria. Ouch! Oyin! your name sounds good to the ears but your heart and thinking is wicked and tribalistic. You are gloating and happy about what a national leader/executive of a ruling national party have said about one of the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria. You have just insulted an entire race because of politics,... You did't even put into consideration people from same region who voted APC. I've seen comments on this forum from folks who think that only those who voted PMB are patriotic, and from every indication you belong to this line of thought. I do not want to say much,... But you guys should keep playing the sort of politics you do, power is transient,. one day the gang up will fail and the shackle will be freed. SHALOM. |

StOla: I have spoken for myself, but am I surprised that rather you speak for yourself too, you are rather angry that your fellow man can be so upright?
And Atiku with all the money he acquired as a civil servant and as a political officer, he could not buy the love of simple honest men who identify with Buhari over the typical corruptly wealthy public servant. He could not even buy the support of his own village who rejected him and his filthy lucre.
If you had championed the support for new era candidates, I would have taken you as a serious human being, rather you are one of the jokers who wanted to impose on us a poster boy of all that is wrong with public service, siphoning of public funds and the use of public office to enrich friends.
Many like you kept on polluting the minds of the righteous, that a vote for anyone but an epitome of corruption that Atiku represents, was a vote to keep Buhari in power.
What you are suffering from is post election depression, acute denial, and agony of defeat after premature congratulations were already offered by you a day before the election, to the loser who could not even win his own village polling unit, and whose close political associates lost all the local governments in their states or only scored 2 votes in their own polling units.
I would never return to Egypt, despite the toil and disappointments in the wilderness that would lead to a better Nigeria. WOW! Honestly, I'm impressed,. As a matter of fact I'm a huge supporter of Atiku but I found genuine reasons why I had to give you a "LIKE" here. You write like a philosopher, talked with reasons and made it a point of duty to convince the other folk and the rest of your audience. That's the oil of argument and debate. Each and everyday, I read and I think of a way I will improve myself and my immediate community. If everyone should think and act like you as stated above, we will be corruption-free. Or maybe it will become a taboo just like the Chinese have successfully made it to be in their country. SHALOM! |

emijo: I have a reason for saying that it was rigged. First and foremost I was an eye witness were thumb printing of ballot papers was a free affair for PDP members and it was orchestrated by a newly elected house member. Secondly I never mentioned that Ayogu Eze will win but I said that he would have gotten more than 10k vote. On the last note, I never mentioned Peter Obi in my comment. Please always read inbetween the lines before jumping to mention someone. Ah ah Brotherly, you are the one that needs to read in between lines,..go and read what I wrote again (pls do that slowly this time, don't rush it). We are talking about figures and why Sen. Eze got only 10k+ votes, and I told you that he told pipo in his supposed stronghold not to vote,..He would've gotten more than 40k-50k votes from there. Why he made the boycott declaration is what I don't know,..I'm an insider, my dad is an APC stalwart in the same place and zone I'm talking about even though I'm a PDP sympathizer. If you really saw a rep-elect engage in mass voting then, I can't doubt you. Both political parties in Nig. engage in that, its just a matter of who does better. Again,..if you had read carefully, you would've have seen where I said *BACK TO THE TOPIC* before I started talking about Mbaka and the Peter Obi saga. Don't shoot yourself on the foot man. emijo: Is it Enugu State election that was massively rigged that he is talking about? It obvious that everyone knew that Ayogu Eze of APC will not win Enugu State election but if given a fair ground he would have garnered at least 70 to 80 thousand votes. Nothing was rigged ogah. Sen. Ayogu told his supporters who are majorly from his hometown to stay away from the election and that made them to converge a this country home where unfortunately, someone was killed. In Enugu, APC is seen as a plague and a curse,.. even Ugwanyi would've lost under the party. Benosky011: If you talk about importation of electrical materials, i'ld say no no no. It can't even go 1/10.
For phone accessories, I have no idea. But, since your capital is small, you need to make friends with the guys in phone accessories mkt so they can put you tru on goods with popular demand in the mkt.
You can also try what we call groupage importation. This means pooling resources together with people with small capital too and importing something big. Note that in importation, the smaller your capital, the lesser your gain. But with groupage, you can put up upto 5m and import, then maximise your profit. The group you imported with can also help you mkt your goods.
Note: since you are starting, you may not need a shop. You can always rent a warehouse on temporary basis. Bro,..Good AM. since you are into electrical parts can we talk pls? I need you to tell me stuffs please. |

I acted more like a project supervisor to many of my classmates, my lodge became a place for pilgrimage in our finals. I couldn't understand why some people weren't doing well in school,...I 'abandoned' my own stuffs just to get people outta their shits. I did all these without charging a penny nor asking for sex from the female folks (I helped both genders) Well, I graduated with an Upper Div. but I know I could have done more than just that. namio10: ARE MANY NIGERIAN ELITES SPARED THE MINDSET OF BASTARDS?
Here are some of the prominent names that helped send Buhari to Aso Rock.
1. Dr. Oby Ezekwesili 2. Fela Durotoye 3. Atiku Abubakar 4. Omoyele Sowore 5. Donald Duke 6. Chief Obasanjo 7. Professor Charles Soludo 8. Pastor Tunde Bakare 9. Pastor Sunday Adelaja 10. Father Ejike Mbaka 11. Professor Pastor Yemi Osibanjo 12. Professor Tam David West 13. Professor Wole Soyinka 14. Rev. Chris Okotie
These people actually believed that Buhari had what it takes to lead Nigeria into a first world.
These people went to school. Many are professors. Some claimed to have direct access to God.
Some are gifted with "prophesies".
They read history. They understood international relations. They understood how societies work or so we thought.
They were more than 20 years old in 1983 when Buhari shot himself to power.
They saw Buhari murder innocent Nigerians in 1983
They saw Buhari destroy the economy in 1983
They saw the role Buhari played in Abacha's government.
They read all the threats of violence by Buhari against the nation.
They saw Buhari harras Lam Adesina Oyo State Governor because of Fulani herdsmen
They saw Buhari led the sharia protest that claimed the lives of innocent Nigerians in 2001.
They saw everything this man did. They knew him too well to miss the little details of his violent life.
But they were united in hatred.
Hatred for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. One among the few Nigeria leaders that actually wanted Nigeria to work.
They exploited his humility.
They exploited his kindness.
They danced and made merry in Ojota.
They mobilised thugs to stone a sitting President.
They harassed his family wherever they went.
Because they are from the hated minority who must not be king.
For Kings must come from the Fulani lineage.
Jonathan must not loot also.
For looters must come from enablers of evil.
These are intellectuals.
Amongst whom are Pastors and Prophets
Wisdom failed
Prophesies failed
If WAEC issued fake WAEC attestation to Buhari
It is possible many Nigerian "intellectuals" are working with fake certificates.
The tragedy of a people
The tragedy of a country
Nigeria is calling
Nigeria is dying
Whether you are pagan - it doesn't matter.
Whether you are Christian - it doesn't matter
Whether you are a Moslem - that is not important
Whether you are a traditionalist - you all are needed
As long as you are human and still care for humanity - You are needed
We all are standing on the podium of history.
Surely our children will read the roles we played in the salvation or annihilation of humanity. Kudos Bro,.. I had to actually login so I can specifically comment on this,... you are an amazing writer,, you are a patriot per excellence!! I'm from the South and I campaigned for PMB in 2015, that mistake SHALL NEVER BE REPEATED. Kosi Greeeeaaatooohh,.. (If you've watched 3 Idiots,..
