Nobody is destroying PMB here, he was only be taking by the words of his mouth and that of his agents among whom you are one.

Will you park well?

Exxell and I have aired our opinion without judging anybody.

Must u toll that line?

If I am an agent or not, does it improve the situation in Nigeria?

Will it reduce the price of fuel or will it repair our dilapidated roads?

It does matter which agency I belong to, what matters most is that we contribute our quota constructively towards the 'betterment' of Nigeria

Just to set the record straight,

I belong to no agency, I am for every agency

PDP or APC, Nigeria matters most

Point of correction, PMB didn't give ANY instruction. He only said he agreed that a HYREP BoT and Governing Council be formed but nothing has been formed yet. There is no timeline for inauguration. No cash .... Nothing. This is no different from the usual rhetoric. We shall applaud him when they kickstart the clean-up ONLY!

Cc Barcanista

This is a good one.

V good one

But my experience with Nigeria has turned to a doubting Thomas

PMB has given an instruction, let's wait till they carry it out

If it is implemented, it is very very laudable

So what is good for the geese is no longer good for the gander? Nd you think that should Buhari loose elections again, these niggas will not resort to their former vitriols on the incumbent one at that time? When are we going to face reality in this country that we are not united as these Northerners usually try to present us? When are we going to face facts that we are so divided along ethnic, religious and social lines? grin grin grin

What are the facts here?

That someone less than 3 months in office should perform some form of miracle?

Did you even give him any benefit of doubt?

Did u hear his comment about the refineries? He outrightly stated that he didn't have a hand in it

Can u guys at least commend him for that? That's a fact, isn't it?

Am not rooting for Buhari at all, but there are 2 sides to a coin.

If he stays at least 2 years and doesn't perform, the same Nigerians that voted him in, will boot him out

So, pls can pple give him some time?Seriously!

He has 4 years, he hasn't even spent 10% of his tenure, let's cut him some slack

If he messes up like GEJ, trust me, my wailing will be louder than Barcanista's!

For now, let's chill

Let's get something straight here.

I have never read an article written by barcanista, where he said one good thing about Buhari.

I am actually apolitical but the possibility of him not seeing one good thing in him makes me question his judgement

All he does is twist words whichever way he deems fit to criticize Buhari

This guy is just less than 3 months old in the office for crying out loud

When he ordered the clearing of the Ogoni land, I expected Barcanista to at least say something but he went mum

I don't want to believe someone is sponsoring you to write all you write onBuhari, cos that would be v bad

Try as much as possible to be more objective

Buhari needs your criticisms, but constructive ones

BTW: even GEJ knows he messed up, he had good intentions, but.... He messed up big time. He has lost, move on! Support whoever is there, Chikena

Phones / Re: Meizu M2 Note, Unboxing And Hands On Review by debeo: 8:28pm On Aug 06, 2015
idokojerry:

One issue i have with chinese phones is they hardly push out upgrades if newer is versions are available.

That is not true.

As a matter of fact, that is their selling point. Especially Meizu and Xiaomi.

When I bought my Meizu M2 note, it was just Android 5.0, in less than 2 days, I got update for android 5.1

Unlike phones like Samsung S4 that you can't upgrade to Lollipop.

Meanwhile Meizu Mx4 released around 2013 has lollipop update

Reconfirm your claims as update is their selling point

Xiaomi has the Chinese govt backing it up, while Meizu uses cheaper parts. But like you said, how many Nigerians use those things.

Meizu has Alibaba backing as Alibaba has bought into Meizu, am sure you know how strong Alibaba is, financially and otherwise

The only difference btw Xiaomi and Meizu is CPU

snapdragon vs mtech

Which to me, is not a biggie for an average phone user
Politics / Re: Naira "Appreciation": Why Nigerians Should Not Celebrate by debeo: 8:27pm On Aug 05, 2015
barcanista, you are very good with words, i only have one issue with u.

You are NEVER objective! Especially if it has to do with Buhari

Did you listen to the reason why banks stopped receiving dollars?

Are you aware it was not a CBN policy? Did you hear FCMB MD's reasom.why they stopped collecting fx cash?

Do you know that Nigeria has turned to the dumping ground for fx cash?

Do you know the average fx cash a bank receives? Can.you compare to its outflow?

How many times do you go to the bank and see someone withdrawing fx cash? Compared deposit?

Do.you know this fx just lie in the bank vaults accumulating dust , security and admin cost?

Do you know that our economy has been dollarised?

I know you do a lot of reseach, but here, u just failed me, woefully

Before writing anything again on Fx, please consult a treasury expert as well as an.economist

Let me stop here

With lot of cloud options, do you really need an SD card?

Since you would be only 247, SD is a mere formality.

You can also back up with your tab or labtop, if you must

You say Samsung and HTC are ripping us off, but i say they dont use cheap parts (just take a look at the CPU and clock speed of the meizu for example), and they also spend a lot on R&grin and marketing. Please don't expect a Lamborghini to cost the same as a toyota.

How many Nigerians use all the things you outlined above? Less than 1%, why should i pay so much for something i will never ever use?

Xiaomi and Meizu have flagship phones with killers cpu and speed yet, their price is significantly lower than Apple, Samsung etc

the Mback button serves it well

Thr only button on hr phone also serves as back button

Also theres a virtual button on the screen which you can either use to move from one app to another or simply tap to go back.

The virtual button also can be used to navigate to notifications or home screen. Depending on what you want as it can customised to suit you

i have been following the phone since when it was announced and am really planning in buying one.but i want to know how much will it cost me in laying my hands on it

I have clients who frequent China on business trips, i just appealed to one person to get the phone for me.

Total cost was like 35k sha, dont forget i didnt pay for shipping and i actually pre—ordered , so now the price is a little lower.

Just search for Meizu M2 on NL you would defintely see someone selling.

Security

The phone has an in built security which is not only against virus but it also can clean junk, cache, save power etc

This security feature is one of the selling point of Meizu's flyme Os

The phone has a 13mp anf 5mp back and front camera

For selfie lovers, 5mp is very decent

Thr camera is very sharp and has lots a effizzy for all the picture freaks

Media Players

The native video and Music player is very decent. It has lots of options as you would see in the pictures

The most interesting part of the video is that you can still be watching your favourite video and be doing whatever you want to do with the phone

The video size will be minimized and you can drag it anywhere on the screen and be doing whatever you are doing

If you look carefully in the first picture, you will see a small screen up with Flavour's Gollibe, playing. You can navigate to any app.of.your choice and the video wont.be affected

Storage

The phone has an intenal storagr of 16gb

For space lovers ypu could go for the 32gb variant.

About only 10g was free.

FlymeOs has lots of customized apps in the phone

After installing all the necessary apps i still had a spacr of 9gb to play with.

I would advise any one using this phone to make use of any cloud accouby to help save space taken by pictures and othet media.

Am currently using google photos as her pictures have already been backed up to google photos in her s4 and i dont havr any issur with it. Dropbox is also okay

The battery is not removeable.

As a matter of fact, the back cant be remove.

The battery can last you for at least a day with active browsing.

I actually browse alot , so i took the phone to work and used it all through. By the time i was grtting home it had a solid 61% remaining.

However, i didnt try using its 4g to browse (both sims are 4g enabled) as i used data from my visaphone blackberry

As for battery, the phone is okay

You have the option to choose between perfomance, balanced or.power saving mode

Performance.mode actives all the cores of the phone

I ve only tried balanced mode though and it serves me quite well

I actually dont feel like handing over the phone to its original owner
