This is bad!

How will they expect a doctor after performing stressful surgery to still empty the waste?

Are there no domestic staff around? Well, it's possible that they don't have enough domestic staff for them to attach to all theatre.

Well, Doctors attitude in the hospital can make aggrieved Nurse misbehave sha. I work in a teaching hospital too as Engineer and I know how doctors behave, thinking their profession is superior to every other professions around.
The normal thing in clinical practice is that whoever generates waste cleans it up. You discard the sharps and other materials you used. The ward attendant can then clean up blood and fluid on the floor and other surfaces.

I am a doc. This is unacceptable not because of hierarchy but locking that door is imprisonment of a health professional in the discharge of her duty. For the entire ARD to strike they know what happened is bad. Now back to the life long nurse doctor discord. Whether this nurse like it or not, hierarchy exists in medicine. With the doctor even if that doctor has only spent one day in the profession as head. It is like the military. This hierarchy exists because there needs to be a clear line of command obedience to save lives. Now to the question of who cleans up after a surgery. Theatre nurses are called scrub nurse for a reason. They are in charge of basic set up before the surgery, assisting in handing instruments and cleaning afterwards. Simple and plain. The matron needs to be sanctioned and anywhere in the world the same will follow. And charges can even be pressed against her for imprisonment in sane environments.
The hierarchy that exists in Medicine should be amongst doctors. Doctors are not bosses to Nurses. It's better you get that right now. They are colleagues. What a doctor can do , a nurse may not be able to do, and what a Nurse can do, a doctor cannot do. A Nurse cannot spend five years in the university plus one year internship and expect her to be an errand girl for one doctor. If a procedure is not a Nurses procedure, it is not part of one's duty. There are clear cut duties for every medical professional, and cleaning up after doctors is not a part of Nurses procedure.

FalseProphet1:
For a nurse to do that to a doctor means she's sleeping with the CMD or a high ranking medical director in the hospital and the doctor has zero authority over her.

This I have seen.
A doctor is not meant to have authority over a Nurse. They are colleagues, not boss and employee. And a Doctor is meant to clean up after him or herself after a procedure, not to wait for a Nurse to that for him. Cleaning up after a procedure is not a Nurses procedure. Hollywood movies have made the public believe that Nurses are surbodinates to doctors. This isn't so

Hmm I also had high prolactin but used dostinex for it period came and was normalized, I supported ovulation by eating okra or ogbono soup during fertile days as my right ovary was polycystic. As for tubes mine was hydrosalpinx on the left side, treated with antibiotics and a spice tea recipe suggested by a mama here. It worked like magic,I prayed steady at midnight and watched wat I ate during fertile days Also i used folic acid and vit e,vit b complex daily with hubby,I got my testimony on my wedding anniversary month. It wasn't an easy journey cos my hubby had to treat low sperm count and motility but God came thru for us,turned out the major issue was his sperm once we got a good nurse to treat him for infection and boosted his sperm. We got our positive result. Try and work with a good gynaecologist, baby dust to u sis
Thanks so much sis

I have PCOS and even with some ovulation induction drugs I still don't ovulate. I also have hyperprolactinemia which I'm using carbergoline for. I was told I had blocked tubes two years ago, but it seems that has been resolved as the last hsg I did last year confirmed patent tubes. I also had a myomectomy last year.

I was a class topper in primary and secondary schools. Didn't have things go too well at the university though. Graduated and years later put in for another degree. I'm almost through with the second degree, and so far so good, I feel I've not lagged behind so much. Would have done better if my health had been kind to me.

Wow... The flushing, is it hydrotubation or the normal hsg?
And where did you buy the serrapeptase pls?

RomanceRe: My Boyfriend Wants Me To Be A Baby Mama. Says He's Scared Of Marriage. by debola27(f): 7:38am On Jun 11, 2020
He is scared of taking responsibilities. It will only favour him in the end. He has got no strings attached to you so he's free to date as many as he wants. By the time you have a child for him, you may not look as beautiful to him again as you are now, and since you're just a babymama, hell move on to the next pretty babymama to be.
Then you will turn to an "after one" with a broken heart.
Very few men out there are interested in settling down with someone's babymama.
Make a wise decision now while you still can, no matter how difficult that is. There are over six billion people on earth, you'll meet a better more committed man if you believe.
One thing you can do is that, don't try to end it abruptly, so you don't get so heartbroken. End it slowly, limit seeing or calling him to the barest minimum, no sex, no intimacy. Then be on the lookout for a better person. Make yourself more beautiful and more available to other suitors.
Two things would likely happen, he may realise that he doesn't want to lose you after all, and decide to marry, or he may stay on his stand and you meet a better man that can give you what you deserve.
Don't throw your worth away in the name of love. You will regret it years from now if you do that.

Young people don't be deceived. See the difference here.... Back then in junior sch, we used to play all through d day, engaging in different spots at home...long jump, high jump etc.
so, at night it becomes very difficult to wake up.. atimes you open your eyes, but no feeling at all allover yr body. I call this sleep paralysis.
Never confuse this to a spiritual attack!
There are witches, wizards, demons haters, everywhere & the only time they know they can easily maime you is when you're asleep, usually at night.
How come it doesn't happen much when you sleep in the afternoon??
Dr D.K Olukoya can't be wrong about demonic oppression.
Most of my sleep paralysis experiences have happened when I slept in the afternoon

The aim of the lockdown is defeated with the chaos and free mixing amongst the people. What's the essence of putting us on lockdown when majority still won't comply? It's not totally the fault of these people though. Hunger drives sanity out of a person.

"He may be severely depressed. Or has bipolar personality. If you have a family doctor, discuss with him to assist you in convincing him in seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist"

Read this your previous comments over and over and try to demystify how wrong your conclusions are, there were nowhere this woman mentioned that her husband exhibited trace of mental disorder but yet you were quick to pass a final judgment for her to" convince her husband to go see a psychiatrist" this is so annoying, tell me what statistics did you used in drawing such disappointing conclusions?

In order for a fair judgment to be given justice requires fair hearing from both sides, if the other party is not available to give his own statement then it is expected to ask the woman questions before making suggestions, But you never bother to cross-exammined the OP to determine if her statements were premeditated in order to defame and discredit her husband, how els do you expect me to describe your statement other than being unreasonable.

Tell me something I don't know, are you a qualified and certified psychiatrist? Mrs bipolar personality.
For your information, I am a mental health coach. And I can see you know quite little about the world of mental health, especially since you only know of psychiatrists alone as people in charge of mental health Thank you for your time
