I've never seen a government as irresponsible as this present one. Like seriously, this is unfortunate. |
Tookool:You deserve a bottle of malt. |
Happy birthday sir. |
You guys should try and read before commenting. They are talking about inter state movements. For 14 days, no interstate movements. |
Its not negotiable. That's the accurate judgment for his crimes. |
Op. Your ability to analyze the reality that has befalling this country should be commended. It's really unfortunate. And for those preaching the lockdown gospel, I hope you won't turn against government when they start with harsh policies to cushion the definite effect and results of the lockdown. |
You people must really think we are stupid. Don't just make me angry. I beg you! |
Is he better than the more than 300 active cases of Nigerians with the virus, that are also hoping to test negative? And this opening thread raises concerns about whether the treatments given to all the quarantined are fair. Hopefully, they are not doing their big man selective processes like is known in Nigeria in this pandemic issue. If he tests negative, praise God for him. If he continues in it till a vaccine is found, he has more than 300 and counting, also in it with him. If he dies, God grant him peace. We have mourned almost 12 people! Corona virus should be commended for the checks and balances we had hoped to see once, in our Nigerian society. |
We are waiting for them. |
Feminists over to you. |
content208:Hmmm |
Don't be too optimistic in your expectations for his speech. Thank me later as you yield to this advice. By the way, that is an excellent photo shot of the president. |
For the love of God, STOP THIS MADNESS!! |
One day, they will stay at home for fear of jungle justice by the populace they have impoverished. This administration that made people more poorer and suicidal than they met it are talking about keeping our lives! Besides and for dignity sake, CAN'T THE PRESIDENT WHO MADE A SPEECH TO DECLARE A LOCKDOWN, MAKE A SPEECH TO HIS CITIZENS IF THERE ARE ANY ADJUSTMENTS? |
CAPSLOCKED:I will sue you on behalf of the politician you used for meme. |
Second half gbuo gi there. No be only second half. Na extra time. |
Not a surprise. What are you expecting? The "lockdown" will be a total failure this week. Now the government will understand never to deceive it's people to get to power. You claimed you will create millions of jobs. People in their foolishness voted you. You got into power and created "survival jobs", telling everybody that " government should not be the ones to provide jobs but the environment ". Abi? People, despite the lack of the good environment, created jobs for themselves because of the survival instincts and you later claimed the glory for it. What were you expecting? What have government done to encourage private businesses? What is the input? You deal will multiple taxation, no light, no good roads, etc. What more do you want? Boko haram slaughters people on daily basis and you play politics with it. Now you tell us shut down!! Because of a virus that fears neither the rich nor the poor, reminding the world the things that really matter! For the first time, something touched our politicians! While hunger killed the poor in Nigeria, our leaders were given us statistics and playing politics! I'm opening my business this week. My account is on the red. I have a wife and kids to take care of. I have workers to pay. I can't continue like this. I dare any police man or soldier to ask me anything silly. If this thing finally does it for me, so be it. |
Bless God for my wife. Naturally yellow and beautiful. Natural beauty totally supported! |
Jesus Christ! So we have politicians that think in this country?!! |
It will. Or... It has. |
Iyiataata92:Hahaha |
You don't tell people to shut down without palliatives. The reality of hunger outweigh those of the virus. |
Congratulations sir |
It is TOTALLY childish to put this on social media. |
To be frank, the government did exceptionally well in it's strategy to tackle the virus before it entered the country. I remember and interestingly for the first time, our government was proactive about tackling the pandemic even when we had not had the first case. But there are some serious lapses! The main lapse here was mainly the issue of boarder closure-- I stand to be corrected. Some other person with the virus from outside the country is probably, unknown to the authorities, actively spreading it. Remember we arrive at the present figures of infected using those coming into Nigeria via flight after the first ( italian) case. Aside only if we feel that this is the end of the world, you don't shut down your economy without palliatives to your people. To the average Nigerian, the reality of hunger outweigh those of the virus. This "shut down" whatever was the solution to deal with the problem by the more "saner" countries with their more structured economies. But as it is here, we put the cart before the horse trying to follow the saner countries. You destroy homes of the masses to build massive projects, forgetting you have multiplied the number of the homeless. Thirdly and lastly, imagine we as a government took our health sector seriously. You can write 2 or 3 pages alone with the point in this last paragraph. Need not say more. |
Commendable. If its for today's ration. |
Very enlightening. Number 5 noted. Number 7 hilarious. |
I love God. He looks at the heart. He knows the reason behind the things we do, not even the things we do. The cries in secret remain precious in His sight. |
The woman acted in self defense. The case is as good as dead. |
For those abusing the man, you are very ignorant. This clearly looks like a drug deal gone wrong punishment. The suspect might have gotten involved in some (possibly) drug related deals. He did not kill his wife. |
I have always had my reservations about our President and his average performance, but on this issue of Corona virus and the shut down, HE IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Though he is coming slow, please, can we relax on always never seeing anything good in whatever he does? |
Hahahaha |
