I don't think Saraki did any wrong for being ambitious and vying for a the Senate President seat. Mind you OP, none among them is clean, as Nigerian politicians are known to be corrupt. Though known to have embezzle, Saraki case came about as a result of him going against his party.

How some people still believed that we were better off in the last government beats me...if the last government had continued in power, it is no exaggeration to say the nation called Nigeria would have crashed. We would have been begging Benin Republic and Togo to urgently loan us some funds pending when IMF finishes the paper work of the bail out funds.

That is not what they are telling you. They see what you all don't want to acknowledge. The mentality of Nigerians cannot make it work because of corruption. It does not matter what great policies you put in place, corruption will destroy it. Just because western economies do it and it works for them, does not mean it will work for Nigeria. For example. The western world has refineries. So does Nigeria. Do the ones in Nigeria function? Nigeria has roads. So does the western world. Are the roads in Nigeria pliable? The western world has power generating means. So does Nigeria. When last did you have 24hr uninterrupted power supply? God bless you, we should and must continue to clamour for true federalism but then we shouldn't reduce our debates to PDP versus APC. If the government succeeds we would benefit and if it fails we would have paid the price and then we can kick them out come 2019 but right now the government needs all our support regardless of political inclinations.
