You quoted my post and made that comment and my question to you is..who is lying? No your daddy was given a dependant visa to stay in the Uk with his family and not to return to Nigeria just after. The whole idea of dependant visa is for the couple and their kids to stay in the UK to support each other.

That rule made an exception which comes into play in her case, if you can not travel as a couple you need to provide a strong and compelling reason why you can not travel as a couple. That is the rule, i did not made that up.

Some married members here over the years have gotten a visa without their husband if you have being following this thread.

Talking about lies..do you think your daddy was truthful by returning to Nigeria without staying back to support his family in the UK?

Are the bank statements usually printed for just 28days or it can be more?
Do the primary applicant and dependent have to apply at the same time if they plan to depart together or it can be done one at a time before departure date.

Just asking: I received my transcript now and there is no DOB on it. Is this normal? tot I heard people say there is always dob on their transcript.

NB: when I applied for it to be sent to me, they declined until I later told them it was for employment purpose before they agreed to send it to my office.

Go to the refusals section. I filled for a few people and early late last year and it had been removed.
