The term spiritual has been used for anything human beings are yet to understand its real nature. There are times when the actions of micro organisms are termed spiritual, since they are not physical or matter. But now we know they aren't.

According to Otem, the gods of religion including Jehovah, Allah etc. were loaded into vacuums. The vacuums cannot be seen by physical beings right now, so that's why they are termed spiritual.

Many things termed spiritual will still be explained in the natural terms as human knowledge of them become stronger.

A god of history simply means someone who is well established in the field of writing histories. Same way a god of teaching means a very well established teacher in the teaching field.

Any Nigerian having to apologize for living in Lagos is as absurd as an Englishman apologizing for living in London, a South African for living in Johannesburg, an American for living in New York, a Brazilian for living in Rio de Janeiro, etc. Lagos is the economic capital of Nigeria and also its melting pot and nerve centre.

Of course this takes nothing away from the historical ethnic Yoruba identity but in my view no one should reduce Lagos to a tribal enclave. It is a city of international standing with a rich mix of culture and commerce.
