He said it was in the name of a former NSA. Aziza, he said, but probably meant Azazi. And if that is the case it may be in trust for personages and potentates such as presidents.

Nigeria does not have $69bn for anyone to steal
Maybe he meant naira
Kobicove:
These people go just dey lie anyhow...shey Nigeria even get $69 billion wey person go steal? undecided
E go shock una. He said from stolen crude. Do you know the amount of crude stolen from Nigerian waters which is not accounted for at all in our system and budgets?

It is probably more than what the FG gets from crude.

Only bitter haters will want to blame Tinubu for the more than 60yrs rot, corruption, stealing and mismanagement of Nigeria
Tinubu is part of the corrupt elite in this country, in fact, a powerful factor of Nigerian corruption. This is undeniable. No one says he is the only one or he created it. Besides the person you quoted didn't mention him.

He said Patrick Aziza.

Edit: But probably meant Azazi because he said the person was NSA. Aziza was never NSA, Azazi was.

She deserved every insult and more. Just imagine her glorifying suffering and hardship under the guise of "Nigerians are strong people". It's clowns like her that makes the Nigerian government confident of victimizing and elongating the suffering of the Nigerian people because at the end of the day the mantra is "Nigerians will endure it". Enough is enough. We must learn from the Kenyan people and take matters into our own hands if we want to be emancipated. None of these suffering and smiling bullshit!!
Thank you.

Nigeria is a truly scary place. A place where people can justify their own suffering, oppression and exploitation by others and feel intelligent about it.

This last one year is giving me a new view of my country. I used to think we were vigorous and strong but alas we are hideously submissive.

It is beyond nauseating the way our people worship and defend their oppressors.

Let her write tomorrow about how the govt is killing Nigerians and you'll see them remember she's from the "Yeast" and therefore ipob, obidient, child of hate and a bitter, sore loser!!
That is what galls me the most. Criticize Tinubu and you must be Igbo. In a country of over 350 tribes.

What makes that of Africa and Nigeria particularly worse is that we have corrupt and inefficient leaders and we still have citizens who are against them being called out. You see such citizens everywhere on social media name- calling and tagging anyone who calls out govt incompetence as hateful, bitter and/or dissident. The right to criticize and protest is a citizen right in any democracy. But here in Nigeria, some folks just for the sake of pittance or primordial sentiments prefer to defend insensitive and absurd governance by shutting up opposition voices and concerns. That's why Nigeria's democracy is looking more like monarchy and the people are worse for it
What alcohol do you drink bro? I would like to send you a crate! You have summed it up perfectly!

You do realize that if Nigerians have even an iota of functional brain, what Destiny Etiko posted is a big insult to them. Imagine pointing out that people are good at enduring hardship in the midst of plenty. Is that a compliment? Now you know why Nigerians are like global locusts exporting crime wherever they migrate as correctly pointed by Kenyans who bear the brunt.

You're the one who is dull. Too dull to the extent you do not see your own dullness. An insensitive post would need specific and proven insensitivity towards a mentioned victim.

Try to note the big picture before you open mouth ignorantly. Destiny's comment was on her own instagram page and not a Kenyan blog where she could be accused of baiting them

How dare you to then support the harrasment of those posting in their own social space by those not mentioned directly or indirectly?

Did Destiny mention Kenya when she talked about Nigerians power of endurance in her Insta?

If she does not then you should admit you are dull. If destiny praises her lover's sexual prowess and big Cassava that gives her personal joy , how is she insensitive to 'small' Niggas when she did not mention them?

It is a case of insecure, bitter, frustrated and toxic peoole looking for who/what to attack because they are miserable and want to lash out at anything and anyone. It is wrong. It is ruining Nigeria and the world today.
Your comments are fair and understandable but the angle I want you to get is that Kenyans entirely aside, I have a problem with anyone praising Nigerian docillity at this time by calling it patience.

Our docillity at this time is an abomination.

Mr Man, there are many functional steel plants in this country. Many of you are so ignorant about Nigeria. You think Ajaokuta is the only steel plant in Nigeria because you are too lazy and negative to research anything.

Just Google 'Steel plants in Nigeria' and educate yourself. It's not hard.
Sorry I live in a village and I am only using my visiting Uncles phone to play. I also don't know how to access Google. So if you are kind and patient, please do refer me to such plants, thank you sir, noble city dweller, enlightened oni-google.

Few years back we were importing fully assembled vehicles and KEKE, untill courageous people like Innoson began a conscious efforts toward assembling. Next steps is to start local production of parts that we can do within our current available raw materials (various cabon based materials, electrical wires, headlamps etc). This will create further jobs down the line.
I agree that we need serious investment in the steel sector but these efforts represent progress
Sure. Correct.

Let them produce first for those who can afford it. The next steps will be to produce parts locally. We shall get there as a Country
If we can't produce steel locally, we can't manufacture jack.

How many decades has Ajaokuta been wasting away for. Just like what happened to the refineries. Nigeria is a joke.... We need private hands in steel. Only then can real industrialization begin.

You lack understanding. It's unfortunate that we have many young people who don't think. That road has significant economic benefits, as it opens up numerous areas along its route, leading to opportunities in real estate, agriculture, tourism, and more. Consider this before you comment.
Can you at least face the topic and explain why stakeholder engagement is coming after the award and after commencement of construction.

This is just one question. I have not asked about the bypassing of procurement processes. I have not asked for the Environmental Impact Assessment. I have not asked for the feasibility report through the swamps and creeks. I have not asked for the prioritization in the presence of other routes.

Don't worry about all these other questions for now. Address the first one, the subject of this thread first.

Is there not something wrong with us as a people. We see gibberish and defend it because of absurd sentiments.

A huge chunk of Nigeria’s oil revenue and resources went into developing Lagos since independence just like Abuja today, yet it is one of the worst places to live?
How dare you say the bold lie from the pit of hell. Everyone knows that Lagos was founded by Bola Tinubu in the year 1706 after the event of creation where alongside Allah, he participated in parting the waters to form its Lagoons. Where were you in 1914 when Bola Tinubu went further to ensure that Lagos became the capital of an amalgamated colony of Nigeria under the British? Or will you claim to have been eating agoin beans, or under a heavy weight prostitute's ministrations when the same Bola Tinubu went further to single handedly construct the sea and airports, the third mainland bridge, the national theatre, after he had set the foundations for invoking the Island from the Atlantic Ocean, where it used to be?

You must be a lazy, wicked and eminently calamituous soul if you also, in your sinisterhood, maliciously forgot how he labored to bring all the headquarters of major businesses to Lagos and attracted the huge population there, making it a large and profitable market by his singular exertions.

Now I sternly rebuke you: I exhort you and earnestly conjure you to flee your satanic ways and start giving credit to who it is due.

What I'm trying to say is that when you compare the astronomical rise in the salaries of politicians, also compare that of others too. That way, it is balanced [/quote on]
