The Supreme Court is a court of law and evidence and not a court of social media lies and hateful conjectures. They don't rule based on sponsored social media propaganda. Atiku and Peter filed their appeals against the PEPC judgement and they have both adopted their briefs of argument. Even Atiku that wanted to present a new evidence was allowed to move his motion for new evidence on Monday. All the parties have closed their cases so the only thing left is judgement. Even if the FBI files contains every of the lies you listed above, it won't count again as the court is bound to rule based on evidence presented to the court and not what is on social media.
Finally, you will do yourself a lot of good by purging your system of the lies that have been fed into you. President Bola Tinubu graduated from CSU with distinction and that is clear to every sensible person. Ask all the parties to call and cross examine witnesses or what? Do you understand the differences between a court of first instance and an appeal court? The Supreme court is sitting as the final appellate court over the matter and not as a court of first instance. All they have to do is read the original judgement from the PEPC, read the appeal and cross appeal filed by different parties and decide whether or not the court of first instance erred in law or not.
Again, it's extremely ignorant to think whatever documents the FBI want to release has any bearing on the case. Court judgements are based on evidences before the court and not social media gossips and propaganda.

The video shows that while bamboos had been used in place of irons to cast pillars and lintels of the ground floor of the two-storey building, some portions of the first deck have also been cast with bamboos in place of irons, while the remaining portions of the deck and pillars for the second deck are also already constructed with bamboos, waiting to be cast with concrete.
Commentator on the viral video also revealed that this was not the first time the builder had employed such a method in the construction of his house. He is said to have previously constructed similar bamboo-reinforced buildings in Abuja and Lagos before bringing it down to his hometown.
Although sources described the builder as a wealthy man, this reporter, Izunna Okafor, could not reach him to confirm the prime motivation and reason behind the bamboo-centric construction. Some locals, however, quoted him as saying that using irons to construct house is not only expensive, but also a waste of money, given the present-day economic realities in Nigeria.
Howbeit, while some applaud the man's ingenuity and thriftiness, others express concerns about the long-term structural integrity of a bamboo-reinforced building, describing it as a death trap and a very risky adventure.
Reacting another resident of the area who pleaded anonymity said, “With this unconventional approach to construction now in the spotlight, it calls for attention from the relevant agencies to ensure that the buildings comply with the standard building codes.
“This oversight is critical to avoid any occurrence of building collapse, which could lead to another unnecessary waste of innocent lives, because the builder himself may not even be there when the building will collapse.

Some of our parents never believed that the country will become what it is today.
My father told me how cheap lands were in the country when he was in his 20's. He regretted not investing enough due to shouldering many responsibilities especially bringing his siblings and extended families to the city. He nurtured them till they became of age. When he realized what's up, time has exceeded him as we the children have needs too.
Now, I'm asking the following question: between owning a car or house, which would you advice someone in his 20's to acquire first?
Both can yield returns as long as they can be used in the proper way for investment.

Note: Some young folks are doing legit work earning in $$$.
