The title of the book alone suggests he is a charlatan as a true man of God should be humble and not arrogate title's like God's General to himself tongue

You are indeed very arrogant and behave more like an atheist.

angel to a demon.

It takes one demon to know another. If Oyedepo is a demon, I pray to God to enable me cause more "havoc" than Oyedepo .

Kobojunkie:

Can I then suggest that you mind your own business??

a) If the wife really hates what is going on IN HER MARITAL HOME she would act right, but since all she does is complain(which to me is daft) then she probably does not have enough of an issue with it

b) Since according to you, the husband is weak "atimes" then he also is probably not incensed enough to do anything about the situation, and since all wife does is complain and do nothing, then they are probably both OK with what is going on and so there is no need for you to open a thread on this issue.

The reason we are call em adults is that we assume that as individuals(even after marriage) they understand clearly that life is about making decisions and accepting the consequences that follow. In some cases not comfortable consequences but these decisions are key to living that fulfilled life one longs for. Apparently the woman in the picture is either daft or she really does not have that much of a problem with what is going on in her marriage.
At the end of the day, problems don't just "go away" on their own. Someone needs to do something and if the two people who could do something about the situation are UNWILLING(neither of them willing to do what needs to be done and accept whatever consequence that follows) then there is really no need for yet another daft thread on Nairaland please.

It beats me to know that daft people like this still exist. In this part of the world you have to learn human management and interpersonal relationship building, yelling and cursing your mother in law doesn't cut it but stooping low to conquer without tantrums and exhibition of immaturity.

Learn to manage her, talk or interact only when necessary, be calm and remain focus under pressure. Let your husband talk to his mother, never disrespect or malign her etc

Nigeria will pull back from the brink. This is not unbridled optimism but based on historical perspectives. If we could survive the Civil War, obviously, these occurrences will only spur us to greater heights and not dampen our resolve for a brighter rewarding future.

Your Signature was forged, you showed up for the Show a day before, you collected the upfront payment, you appeared for the show with the intention of collecting the balance and you are asking for apology.

Is this boy and his image makers sick?. Why did you collect the money if your signature was forged?

Politics / Re: The Mystery Of Aso Rock by Degis(m): 5:23pm On Nov 24, 2012
joseph1832: You'll have to agree with me that Nigeria is fast becoming a country flowing with all sorts of mystery. Everyday we hear stories that leaves our jaw wide open in wonderous awe, that one might be unwilling to ask what is responsible for this mysteries?!.

Just like the country is full of untold and unspoken mysteries, the citadel of power, that is the building that house the most powerful man in the country as well as the number one citizen of the country has its own mysteries, mysteries that might even make an individual afraid should that individual decides to occupy the seat of Power. Let me give you a giude.

Ever since Rtd General Ibrahim Babangida relocated to Aso Rock from Dodan Barracks, The Rock as I'll like to call it has been one haven of unspoken mystery. After he reluctantly step aside, those who occupied the seat of power have been faced with one thing in common; 'the loss of a relative or loved one'. Here's a list of those who have died while occupying the Aso Rock Villa.
The first to go was the late General Sani Abacha who died on June 8 1998, you'll all agree that the circumtances surrounding his death courses one to lift an eye brow!. Next on the list was our former lovely first lady Stella Obasanjo who died while undergoing elective liposuction in a spanish clinic on 23 October 2005. Former President Umar Yar' Adua ( A man I respect) was next, the antecedents surrounding his death almost threw country in quagmire because his absence left a very dangerous vacuum in the seat of power, He died on 5 May 2005 In Aso Rock. More recently President Goodluck Jonathan reported lost a brother to the claws of death. Even Rtd General Babangida after leaving Aso Rock lost his wife Maryam Babangida to the claws of death.

One might ask; how come those who occupy and occupied the seat of power tend to lose someone so close them? The only ones who have occupied the seat of power and not lost anyone close to them are Chief Ernest Shonekan and Rtd General Abdulsalam Abubakar (This might be attributed to the fact that they didn't occupy the seat of power for too long) The answer, I leave you to decipher.

Clap for yourself, Mr Conspiracy Theorist. Your imaginary theory doesn't make the cut because nobody is expected to live forever. Or I guess your granny in the village will live forever because she did not step into Aso Rock
Politics / Re: Lies Achebe Told About The Civil War, By Gen. Alabi Isama by Degis(m): 5:17pm On Nov 24, 2012
mankind777: since u guys are not are not convince that Prof. Chinua Achebe book was a big lie read this:

The man drives a taxi, while the wife sells amala. As soon as there is unrest, the wife puts the cooking pot in the taxi and home they go. “I am sure that we all know the number of Igbo in western states and Lagos compared to the number of Yoruba in eastern states. Let’s get real. If the union of Igbo and Hausa is not working since 1960 till date, then change your direction. You cannot repeat the same thing and get a different result.” He said he had put his war memoirs into print and it would be out soon.

I CAN NOW UNDERSTAND WHY OJUKWU ALSO ONCE DESCRIBED HIM AS THE BEST PRESIDENT niGERia NEVER HAD.

Unfortunately, could it be that Harold McMillan was also mocking him as Ojukwu did with his statement?

It obvious some people dont know when they are being MOCKED!

Another wasted product of an ill conceived Biafran misadventure. Can you imagine this retard poking her ogboroko garnished mouth into matters that are intellectually far above her mental capacity. It is obvious that the gobblespeak of Ojukwu and Achebe has infected this retard

Mr. Globe:
These oduduwa almajiris have infiltrated this thread with their balderdash as they always do with every sensible thread. someone said I dumped the thread, well I have a robust life outside nairaland. I guess its reaching for me to thrust you guys with a mature, truthful article to debate.

For the record am sick and tired of always having to say, I dont believe Yoruba history, I dont believe junk copy and past articles without any credible source and you katsumoto and many of your kind have made it a habit of throwing these 'emergency articles' to support you partisan claims. You must be related to baba suwe to think I will acknowledge this tissue of lies of Yoruba history, about the civil war inspired by awolowo.
obviously the writer was right saying awolowo supporters are senseless because how can you expect me to read his sensible unbiased account and explanation of the electoral outcome and believe your fast food junk articles.
If other igbos on nairaland engaged you unsuccessfully with that, I dont have that patience, you can shove that result and explanation down your azz. The author probably was around at the time and told you zik won, go and ask your elders, stop with this trying to look smart.

Isn't it obvious that your pedigree is suspect?. Your Educational qualifications and your thinking ability is so warped that replying you with proves is a waste of scare resources. Dispute the facts as enunciated above before you run away to your laboratory of lies to churn out another hideous lie. Awolowo will forever remain the conqueror of the Igbos. Get a life

ak47mann: Truth is that Pa Awo and his likes fought for their selfish interest, they never had the good of the country at heart. The Do-or die attitude of Nigerian politicians, the rigging of election, political thuggery, election violence, occultism in politics started from Awo's era he championed the Ogboni confraternity. Awo brought the then Iteskiri ruler from his ancestral home(palace) to Warri main town(A land occupied my 3 different ethic groups) to be King(Olu) over the Uhrobo's and Ijaw because the Urhobo's voted for Zik and not him. What kind of greatness or integrity will you ascribe to this man and the so called founding fathers of Nigeria? cool

When superior intellects enunciate issues on forums like this, people with intense and rabid infantilism like you should dissolve into the thin air. Obviously, whatever you are smoking doesn't bode well with you
