It is the truth about many of them claiming to love God and they hate their fellow men. Isn't it foolishness? When the Bible they read teaches them to care for the needy, instead they do opposite. They are many in numbers. They hide under religion but not religious in nature. The greatest mistake people make in Christianity is that, they think God will do all the act without human beings doing his or hers. The Bible says WORK and PRAY and not PRAY AND PRAY . Until people understand the meaning of these, they will remain in perpetual darkness. The solution is freedom and it doesn't come easy but on willingness to loose everything to gain all things. This is because these nothing for good evil men are the ones JESUS ascribed as WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. They speak with two sides of their mouth. And do things to favour themselves , their loyalists, immediate companion and love ones . Wicked people with no regard for life.

Food is useless when you don't fast.

When you allow the grinding machine inside your stomach to rest then food will become useful to the body.

Too much of food without fasting will allow the hidden sickness in your body to grow.

With quality fasting the hidden sickness will be starved to death.

Fasting challenges the brain and helps release of protein/ spirit molecules/ dimethyltryptamine to the brain . This usually happens between 3am to 5am midnight when we go into the dream dimension, more protein to the brain help on remember and have clarity in the dream world - a better connection to the inner-man( God).

Muslims fast because it like prayer has been ordained by God. Period.

Any benefit is just coincidental:

If you at hungry won't you give more when you know how an hungry man feels.
When you fast you have more energy are more lively. When you break your fast, you appreciate the available food more ( the food that has been taken for granted all this while).

God said He is not in need of one's fast if one does not shun sin. So fasting is not just leaving food but leaving sins and bad behavior. A time of gratitude and nearness to God.

Denying yourself of things (primary needs) will do a lot to improve your attitude towards assistance to those in need. Engage in just 3 days fasting & compare your feelings towards those who couldn't afford daily square meals to your present attitude.

Lemme start from; Judaism is the religion of the Jews which is based on the Mosaic Law.

Jesus clearly stated in Matthew 5:17 that He has come to fulfill THE LAW(Judaism).

When He was about leave them(i.e die on the Cross), He told His disciples, in fact, that there are alot of things He can't teach them, cause they can't bear them yet. . .that they will only be able to bear those things when the Holy Spirit comes into them. John 16:12-13.


Those things are the effects His Death and Resurrection will effect. Those are the things found in Acts-Revelations.
