Read this The Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, on Friday, met with market and transport union leaders on the proposed digital revenue collection method to be introduced by his administration.
At the meeting attended by several market and transport union leaders, the governor explained that the move was geared towards protecting the residents, including the various union leaders from attendant harassment of the analogue mode of revenue collection.
https://punchng.com/soludo-market-transport-unions-meet-agree-on-digital-revenue-collection/ This is good . At least many eboe refugees in South West will go back to Anambra to enjoy good governance.

People are usually brainless when issues of ethnicity is involved , they easily forget that we are all United in the suffering.
Please show your APC card to BRT driver to carry you for FREE. So paying for a service now equates to suffering? What is wrong with you Obi supporters? It's not as if your Anambra is well managed. Charity begins at home. Your emotional blackmail is dead on arrival.

At least this shows, they are beginning to see that they are going no where. The last kick of a dead horse. That is where we are heading. CCB has been petitioned. Premium Times Nigeria Pandora Papers: Law firm writes CCB, demands prosecution of Peter ObiThe lawyer asks CCB to take constitutional action within 30 days, or it will ask a court to compel it to do so. By Oluwakemi Adelagun March 27, 2023 A Lagos-based law firm, Lawflex, has asked the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to prosecute the Labour Party presidential candidate in the 25 February election, Peter Obi, for failing to declare the assets he stashed in tax havens while serving as a state governor. In the letter written on Thursday, signed by Olukoya Ogungbeje and received by the CBB the same day, the firm said its purpose is to bring to the CCB’s notice an investigation on the issue done by PREMIUM TIMES. The PREMIUM TIMES 2021 investigation provides details of Mr Obi’s investments in some notorious tax havens which he did not disclose in his mandatory CCB filings before and after leaving office as governor of Anambra State. The businesses were set up and operated overseas, including in notorious tax and secrecy havens in ways that breach Nigerian laws. Other prominent Nigerians involved in similar offshore dealings include the former Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah; the acting Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Mohammed Bello-Koko; former governor of Osun, Gboyega Oyetola and his Kebbi State counterpart, Atiku Bagudu. They have all denied any wrongdoing. The law firm said that Mr Obi flouted the code of conduct for Nigerian public officials and urged the CCB to “act appropriately” by arraigning the former governor before the “Code of Conduct Tribunal for contravention of the Code of Conduct for Nigerian Public Officers as spelt out in the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, (As Amended).” Violation Mr Peter Obi failed to declare his offshore holdings and their associated assets. As a governor, he also continued to operate and maintain foreign accounts including with Lloyds in the UK. The former governor admitted that he did not declare these companies and the funds and properties they hold in his asset declaration filings with the Code of Conduct Bureau, the Nigerian government agency that deals with the issues of corruption, conflict of interest, and abuse of office by public servants. He said he was unaware that the law expected him to declare assets or companies he jointly owns with his family members or anyone else. After becoming the governor, he continued to be a director of Next International (UK) Limited for 14 months. Ultimatum Mr Ogungbeje urged the CCB to immediately investigate the violation and invite Mr Obi for questioning. The lawyer warned that if the CCB refuses to take constitutional action within 30 days, his firm would seek a “judicial review by way of an Order of Mandamus in a court of competent jurisdiction in a bid to compel performance of public duty https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/590307-pandora-papers-law-firm-writes-ccb-demands-prosecution-of-peter-obi.html

lhordspy: - ''those who see courts as a continuation of campaigns are setting selves up for heartbreak''
Peter Obi's petition is more like telling the court that:
'' Look i am here to reclaim my mandate even though i know i never won the election. I checked everywhere for evidence of rigging; we had our own independent collation, Tinubu still won. We even checked inside INEC server, we found nothing like rigging. So this is More like i am here to retrieve the mandate that was never stolen.
Please my Lord, Nullify the whole election that cost the country 400Billion naira because the winner failed to get 25% in FCT, even though he had the majority votes and won the highest state". And also i am hearing rumours that he is a druglord, please disqualify the 1st position, and proclaim me, that came distance 3rd, and even failed to secure 25% in 24 states; the rightful winner. Or just disqualify the winner entirely and set another election of another 400bn of taxpayers money between me and the second position, Atiku Abubakar. Lets have a 3rd position-man vs 2nd position-man presidemtial election.
How can someone suddenly change mouth from 'the election was rigged, i won.
TO the winner didnt make 25% in FCT so Cancel the whole election and lets start again.
Peter Obi is frying the brains of obidients, rendering them bra!nless and they dont even know. He is surely playing games with their empty skulls. A game of staying relevant. Man just want to always be in the news and remain relevant till 2027, when it is time for another election. Hahaha..

The Igbos were busy chasing rats in their neighbours compound, while fire engulf their own home...Governorship Elections were held in 3 out of 5 SE states, yet 3 days after election, results in 2 of the states are yet to be finalized due to irregularities and thugery. Lagos and other South West states that has continued to be your refuge may not be there for you at some point. That is when you will return to Abia , Enugu etc to meet the ruins you left to decay for decades.. Don't say we did not tell you as always....
