stiles009: Hi Delavares, good afternoon ma'am. I noticed you mentioned the University of Gloucestershire in one of your posts. Did you eventually get to study at the school? I'm considering an offer from them, and I'd like to ask a few question about the school and the town if you don't mind. Awaiting your response ma. Thank you. Yes, the school is okay and the town is pretty nice too. You can consider the offer if you still want to. |

Good evening house. Please I need the input of anyone that has an idea of this issue. Myself and my dependents did visas together and it came out December and I travelled alone. The expiry date on the visa is March 14, but it’s unlikely my dependents would be able to travel to the UK before then. The thing now is that I’ve collected their BRPs from school. Is it possible to send their BRPs over to Nigeria and they travel with it after their visas have expired? My worry is that, will it raise an issue that they didn’t come within their visa entry period and how they got BRP without entering in the first place?
Your opinions are really needed
Thank you |

Good morning Pls, is it very true that your application date is the day you made visa payment. And is it the rate on that day they’ll use for your POF? |

Good Afternoon
Please, I need an advice on this issue.
I'll be travelling to the UK with my family, my husband and daughter. Initially, we applied for a 2 year course to buy time since I'll go first and they'll come join me later, like after 1 year or less. To avoid any form of issues around their visa applications when they're eventually ready, we decided to process all our visas together. Then we all travel together for like a month so they can get their BRPs and then travel back to Nigeria.
Now, we're thinking, is there still a need for a 2 year course? Again, the fact that they are not physically here, will it affect anything in anyway? Like, when we want to apply for PSWV, will this cause any issue? They'll definitely come over before the end of my course, but I'll be close to finishing.
Please, I want to be certain before we take any step in that regard. has anyone gone through anything similar? |

Olufe111: If you are on Visa, I don’t think you can live outside the UK for more than 90 days otherwise it would affect your next application. I stand to be corrected though Wow! Really? Please, can anyone confirm this please? |

babey543: If given visa from Nigeria, you have like 1 to 3 months depending on the vignette visa allowing you and your family to come to UK.
If the vignette visa expires, your family will reapply for visa. Only apply for visa when your family will sure come. We'll all travel after getting our visas. When we get to the UK, we'll get our BRPs, and I believe with that, u can travel in and out during the validity. Or am i wrong? |

duchess90: Hello
Canada and UK are 2 different locations
Do you have a copy addressed as : To whom it may concern ?
Perhaps your student copy??
Try to submit documents addressed to the UK or the specific country within the UK not a cross location like Canada
My opinion though
No, i don't have that. Was just thinking that since schools gave me admission based on that, it shouldn't be an issue for Visa processing.
Cheers. |

mechoau: anyone who is interested in school with low tuition fee and deposit can look into Sheffield Hallam university since Hull has closed most of its courses for international students for September 2022.
Sheffield Hallam University offer; Fee for MSc Mechanical Engineering £14,895 Discount: £2000 Deposit £1000 The fee is equivalent to £12,895 but 50% on or before enrollment. But I don’t know if Sheffield Hallam university requires pof and precas interview before issuing CAS. Anyone who has info on this could pls share or contribute. Thanks Hi, please, when did you apply to SHU? I applied last month and I'm yet to get any response from them |
