I can help you get a job. grtboy51: |
Bayer announced Thursday that it will cut around 1250 jobs from its pharmaceutical division as part of a wider staff-reduction plan that will lead to the loss of about 12 000 positions globally by the end of 2021. The streamlining is part of an overhaul under which the company will exit the animal health business in order to focus on its core areas of pharmaceuticals, consumer health and crop science. Chairman Werner Baumann said "these changes are necessary and lay the foundation for Bayer to enhance its performance and agility," adding "with these measures, we aim to take full advantage of the growth potential for our businesses." However, Baumann noted "we are aware of the gravity of these decisions for our employees. As in the past, we will implement the planned measures in a fair and responsible way." According to Bayer, approximately 900 jobs in R&D in the pharmaceuticals unit will be cut, while around 350 positions will be eliminated following a decision not to utilise a factor VIII facility it has built in Wuppertal, Germany. The company explained that within the haemophilia business, the launch of new drugs has led "to a significant increase in competition," and in order to remain competitive it will focus all recombinant factor VIII production in Berkeley, US. Along with the cuts at the pharmaceuticals division, around 1100 jobs will be hit due to a reorganisation at consumer health, with another 4100 positions going at crop science as the result of integrating Monsanto. Bayer added that a further 5500 to 6000 jobs in the corporate functions, supporting functions, business services and country platforms will also be eliminated. The company indicated that "a significant" number of the cuts will affect staff in Germany. |

The day I tried to do this over Sabi photagrahper work I severely paid for it This faithful day I was coming from the island and stopped at berger. At berger this nonsense and very hot shit gave me a scary signal and noticed I couldn't make it to ogba. I looked around if I could see any bush and behold Lagos State blessed me with this toilet. I went and was really amazed at what I saw. After finishing everything I started taking pictures to show my friends. That was how I forgot my phone there B4 I could remember I was already at ogba. I called it three times and at the fourth time it was already off. |

Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I am a pharmacist and been practicing since 2010. I have deep knowledge in clinical pharmacy basically because of my experience in community practice Just a few months back while preparing for my wedding I noticed I was having high blood pressure which I thought was due to the stress of the wedding. It was so high that I became scared. Few months later I found myself in the hospital to donate blood and before donation the pressure was checked and it was still very high. I also thought maybe it was because of the waiting hours (7hrs) that skyrocketed it. After that day I started checking at work and realised that those fatique, lightheadedness, headache and dizziness were actually the signs . But guess what, how did I end up being hypertensive, when I don't work every day, even my work is not stressful. Even people who undergo stress are not having my kind of readings So I decided to do further test and realized I have large amount of cholesterol in the blood. Which are turning into plaques and blocking the passage of blood through the arteries. So I decided to take from the products I am marketing which are cardibetter and ultramega. I reduced my salt intake, do more exercise especially in the morning and also reduced my soda consumption. Now I have abandoned the anti hypertensives I bought hoping to continue doing well with the organic products. The most important thing is to always check ur blood pressure regularly |
