hustla: Lol you obviously dont know what's called baiting They're encouraging them to come forward and give back stolen money. In the end, they will still announce those names but right now, they're rubbing their backs so they are rubbing their back and baiting them at the same time telling us the reasons not to release names on news outlets as if looters are so dumb they don't read these same papers. please spare me the flawed logic. |

Well the answer is simple; 3 best institutions in nigeria
Location; all in SOUTH WEST nigeria As if going to the so called 'big schools' you mentioned above makes you a better person than others. And come challenge me only if you are better placed in position than PMB. |
Politics › Re: Budget Will Not Be Fully Implemented - FG by delexy123: 11:41am On May 27, 2016 |
anigbajumo: It is normal as usual, udo udoma made it clear the other time that budget will not be fully implemented.
This is not new news......
I don't know why some people are yearning gibberish on this page.Where in any country in the world is budget 100% fully implemented. Forget about party nd tribalism.
In July 2012,Okonjo iweala made it clear to house of representatives that budget can never be fully implemented.
According to her, “In terms of 100% implementation, I think that what I read that was said by sections of the National Assembly, will have to do 100% implementation of the budget by September.
First, in my experience worldwide, there is hardly any country where you would implement 100% even by the end of the year and this is based on very broad experience.”
She said that the usual expectation is that implementation would be in the 80% to 90% range, not 100%.

Coming from a government that ruled for 16yrs,nd u are expecting a government of one year to be perfect just like that??
Someone people always happy when they hear anything bad about the government, they won't bother to think with iota of sense before they littered the cyber space. So what makes you a better successor if you keep repeating same mistakes your predecessor made. justifying the errors you make just because someone else did the same does not make you a better person rather it makes u a copcat with an empty skull. |

Adminisher: Jonathan?... matured politics? Let me tell you. That man was there to chop and make his friends chop as much as possible . It was a you chop I chop principle. Nothing matured there and definitely bad leadership. The current situition was caused by the downturn in the oil market and massive corruption that killed all the restructuring we could have done before that When do we stop d blaming game?... Jonathan this n that.. pls, let this present administration move on to how to make Nigeria economy great again instead of wasting priceless time throwing unnecessary blame which we yield nothing. common, we don't want to remember this present administration solely for throwing blames. |
