flokii: They don't want to relocate. LASG has tried in the past. So unhealthy! I often wonder about what the fishes around there consume. Still, many of us buy from their market. |
Politics / Re: NNPCL Remitted Zero Allocation To Federation Account In 2022 – CFO by delpee(f): 3:36pm On Jan 30 |
When we learn to depend more on our own goods and import less while exporting more, Nigeria will rise and shine. When we conquer the bandits who are rendering our farms desolate, agriculture will thrive and make a difference in our balance of payments. There are solutions to our problem. It's solely up to us. |
Crime / Re: Undergraduate Slaughtered Girlfriend For Seizing His Phone In Ogun by delpee(f): 2:29pm On Jan 30 |
Amaxing! Just phone matter. This younger generation is something else! Most of what I get to read about their doings these days are so outrageous. No decorum, zero tolerance and a very vindictive approach to resolving issues. I pray that they understand soonest that violence only begets more violence. |

@OP Leaving your home because of a side chick is a wrong move. It's answered prayers for her! Unfortunately, you left your children behind so there was nothing for hubby to worry about. Just a little brainwashing on how their mum "abandoned" them and heavy pretence as a dutiful "aunty" by the side chick will turn the tables against you. It's a case of eni ta fe sun ni ina, to fi epo para. (You provided the fuel for him to fire you). You could have thought through your plan knowing that he's not willing to change. If you're still interested in the relationship, see if the two families can resolve the issues for an amicable settlement especially as it affects the children. Hopefully, he won't ask for divorce. But consider if you can live with a serial cheater for life and stay happy? Be careful with your health too. |
Politics / Re: Tinubu Directs Crude Oil Sales To Be Handled By CBN, No Longer NNPCL by delpee(f): 7:11pm On Jan 29 |
Actually, the former Emir Lamido Sanusi complained about lack of transparency in NNPC when he was the Governor of CBN. Perhaps this is a way of ensuring that NNPC is held accountable in all it's dealings. 1 Like |

Mordecai: This perspective throws more light into the deal. I found it difficult to understand why we had to use a faceless SPV when there are financial institutions that can handle it. This perspective throws more light into the deal. It may not be as bad as one thought. However, we need to be updated with the progress so we don't lose track and end up losing hard earned funds to smooth operators. The forex issue is a major problem no doubt. Seems our tormentors are so focused on bringing this nation down. God will uphold us in every way. |

Namaster: Where in that post did you see an indication that the lady is a housewife? Her office could be closer to the house for instance. Not every lady is focused solely on what a man can provide. A good wife and mother goes by the words of Proverbs 31: 10-31. What I see is a caring and contented lady and a considerate and loving man. They'll go far. God bless them both. |

Politics / Re: Relocation Of CBN: There'll Be Consequences If Tinubu Doesn't Reverse - Ndume by delpee(f): 12:01pm On Jan 24 |
I learnt that CBN has explained that they're only relocating some staff to Lagos and some other States to decongest Head Office and make those who actually work more in Lagos stay there. That makes economic sense to me. I don't believe that the Head Office can be moved the way it's being presented to confuse us. 103 Likes 12 Shares |

The Police needs to get everyone involved arrested. The baba ritualist especially. Always misleading young ones with false hopes of making money without working. Ladies should be very careful. This happens in every part of this country. |

okewumi: NAFDAC already announced that they're working on it. BTW, I think we need NAFDAC desks in every LG at least. The sale of expired and counterfeit items is becoming ridiculous. Their 2000 staff strength is too small for the work at hand. |

Jennyclay: Until you meet a man who genuinely loves you! You don't have to hate all men because some disappointed you. There's a saying (in Yoruba) that says when you close your eyes because of a bad person passing by, you may miss the opportunity of relating with a good person also passing by. Yours will come in due season. 4 Likes 1 Share |
