I thought Rilwan Lukman has resigned. Why's he still in the list? Nawa o! |
Did he fall ill out of sympathy or is d Yar'Adua sickness contagious? Quite a pity tho. Wish him well. Why didn't they fly him home? PDP has started to reap from their many atrocities of not delivering good governance. |
Spurious insinuations. Everybody that served in public office in this country, no doubt has a cold case file of impropriety. Let him that is clean cast the first rock. They're all wasting their time, it doesn't matter who their sponsor is. Goodluck should do alot of reshufflement and never cower at this time. The higher or bigger someone grows, the bigger problem he confronts. Yar'Adua must not be allowed back to Aso Rock, no be im papa house. Shege banza! Da iska! No shaking. |
80 million people in the North? They are unsettled liars, they need truth. I wonder why a typical Northerner is power hungry. Damn them. Jonathan for 2010, unless he dulls. |
Haha! I always knew Aondoakaa will end up like this. Let d furnace be heated seven times over so dat he's made to pass thru and let's see what will remain of him. |
@Safeact: Could you back up your claim that Gov. Rotimi Amaechi resisted the move to make Goodluck acting president? Now before I change my mind! |
I think he stated in the post that it's lower ab. Reread, would u? |
Panic? E never start. All of them should be flushed out and prosecuted, the evidence won't be far-fetched. Go Goodluck! We are sharpening our knives and loading our guns. No retreat, no surrender. |
Where are the other opposition parties in all these dramas? I suggest they should merge or rather be absorbed by AC so they can have a good showdown with PDP. |
So people buy titles? Is it worth it? |
Do u think real help can come from here. You should c a qualified doctor. Some worms can be defiant. |
Of what good use and relevance are they? Do you have them in your communities? Is the conferment of traditional titles the best way to recognize or appreciate people that have contributed to community development or people that have attained certain level of personal achievement? Is it a licence to oppress the common(untitled) people in the community? Do we really need them in this age? |
Bankole should go and hang for all I care. Was he hypnotized, coerced or did he join in passing the not-resolute resolution on gun point? Hypocrite! Nigeria must live! |
@Beaf: Being a pastor does not localize him in the church neither does that strip him of his fundamental human right of freedom of expression. That he spoke out and reference the bible doesn't attach any religious undertone to his stance. I've always read his interviews and have come to the conclusion that he's unselfish, forthright and thinks clearly. |
@mama gee: I suggest u backtrack and take stock of some of ur posts. They sound untaught and not-thought-through. Reread the post if you don't get the import on ur first attempt at reading it. Tunde Bakare is not lashing out at Goodluck, he's just pointing out something I also observed in the manner Goodluck gave his broadcast. He never blinked or looked comfortable. He can only get better as soon as his position is legitimized and with all fear of uncertainty allayed, simple! That's what the lawyer pastor is saying. Bakare may sound controversial sometimes, but he makes sense and says it just as it is. Watch it! |
@OP: What for? That's crazy. |
My dear Beaf, if you followed Yar'Adua's presidential campaigns you'll notice the charisma and excellence Goodluck exuded in speech. He sure can only get better, it can happen to anyone for the first time to blush and even make bloopers. Did u see Obama's swearing in ceremony? |
@You are too hasty in making such a harsh remark. Besides being a pastor, the man is equally a Nigerian citizen and a trained lawyer. Everything he said makes a lot of sense and worth paying heed to. Watch it! |
@Marvin: If only u can punctuate, i'll understand ur argument better. Are u 4 or against Obj? |
Don't call him a total failure, a lot of his strategies worked or are still in full swing. He's just vindictive and wouldn't just let go of power manipulation. That's the issue I have with him. |
Where is Benjamin Adekunle today? |
Which exactly? |
@Uju: Aondoakaa is d matured scapegoat headed for the guillotine. I laugh. |
How did Goodluck persevere? At what? People persevere at something. He is just a character in Obj's script playing his scene. Didn't you hear they held closed door meeting? |
Few of them are good and uncompromising, I was told, I wish to encounter such. How I pray and wish! |
@Pro01: Never at anytime attach strong emotions to any lady or u'd end up a wreck swinging from one low to another. As much as you cannot stop a wolf from howling, so can you not tame a woman out on sexual conquest. Sometimes I don't blame them, it's hard to alter nature without a supernatural intervention. God help us. Sorry you have to helplessly embrace this bitter reality. |
@na_so: I wish to understand you. Is this about Obj too? |
Obj no doubt is a masterplanner whose plans live on after him, biting and plaguing the whole populace. Take how long it took us to sparingly fight off Yar'Adua he consciously foisted on us. The fuel price hikes, the refineries he couldn't revamp while on seat and hurriedly marketed off to his cronies who owe debt in every bank when his game was up. I can go on. He's a principality. |
He should settle the militancy issue first. Of what use is it to meet with the executives of those multinationals when they don't have a safe and secure environment to operate. First things first! |
Why must it still be in Abuja? |
