Halfcastbreed:Had my interview yesterday. Waiting for medicals. Fingers crossed |
PRXPERT and mapet, your exchange could be refreshing and educative only if you two put aside certain differences. Most especially you PR. mapet has to an extent given enough credence to his argument, so if you could counter him intelligently, I would love it. Waiting |
kaeforum:For your mind now you have made a meaningful contribution. I won't insult you o, but your mumu legendary |
nastyd:Hi, was at oshodi yesterday, going to mushin this evening. |
Please house, make una no vex. Need your help. I have been trying to help my woman change the default storage for her gionee m3 mini from phone storage to SD card. I just can't seem to find the option for that. I know you peeps might have dealt with that, but please make una no vex. Make una help me out. Thank you |
Boss13:My brother, you nailed it right on the head. They keep making the mistake of equating people complaining as opposition first and not the people who voted or voted against them. Adeshina is turning into the reference for hypocrisy. All his utterances since being appointed shows a distinct disconnect between him and the populace he is supposed to market his boss to. His continued bitter retorts and careless utterances against perceived enemies will only serve to usher him and his boss out of power. Perhaps Adeshina needs a quick fresher course on how to manage pressure and safe guard against unguarded utterances |
I had an invite for 9am today, I left Akure and arrived here sometime around 11am. Got to their office and apparently they are not bothered about the time. Have signed and am waiting to write the test. |
For the first time in my life, I saw human brain splattered on the road today, legs mangled. While others passengers were covering their eyes in agony and self pity, I just sat there stone faced, with my brain going into denial. I realized that I have been numbed by the constant pictures of gory sights I see on the internet. Forgive me if it seems like am uncaring and that I click all gory pictures online. I avoid such stuffs but I am always presented with them on my facebook wall by people who are more interested in being the first person to report horrible news. I wonder how such people would feel if they were the ones being snapped dead on the highway. I wanna add this, aside rickety vehicles, most drivers on the highway drive as though they were late for an award program. It's sickening and disheartening when you realize that accidents that could have been avoided happened as a result of over speeding or just plain dumb driving. And yet it seems that laws that would ensure such inhumane peeps are punished seems hard for our law makers. We are left at the mercy of prayers before we set off on any journey but what if ![]() |
That's how you all busied yourself with petty politics, bickering and insulting yourselves over people who care less about your well being. Apc rode to power through propaganda, so they should not complain. They started all these baseless accusations either directly or indirectly. Meanwhile pdp goons are being vindictive about their postulation about buhari l, who e Don epp? Instead of y'all to adopt Christ's spirit nbanu,is to kill yourselves fighting. Shioor. |
bittertruthz:That igbos are quick to point out that you made a mistake in voting in Buhari. That they do that does not mean they are celebrating. They suffer the same things you suffer too. Fuel scarcity, economic downturn, no power, so saying they celebrate is downright dumb (pardon my language). Being vindictive doesn't mean you are celebrating. |
bittertruthz:What kinda mindset is this? My guy, you are myopic and bitter. Learn when to be objective. How is igbo related to this matter? |
The fact some people can even rationalize the tweet confounds me. Call a spade a spade. For real why would you even bring up the issue of Rivers in this instance? The president you are trying to protect us in charge of all security outfits in the country, so if he could create an environment that is tensed in a state, don't you think he could do worse? And why would he tweet to console Belgians? Ar Nigerians goats? One poster said Nigerians are dying incessantly, isn't that an indictment on the man in charge of providing security for the country. Why are some people just hopeless like this? |
When you watch too much nollywood, you will behave like nollywood. There's no need for conspiracy theories here. He had food poisoning. Even in England, players have food poisoning. Despite the fact that a kind brethren explained earlier, una no go gree. Na witches una go day blame |
IronGalaxy:Nice to see a comparison nicely put though biased. Many have blamed BBC for instigating this new row over supremacy but I blame them not. Infact I blame nobody because I believe the comparison has allowed us look inner and scrutinize ourselves as Nigerians. We haven't gotten it right but we will. As to your assertions about movies, you obviously need to have an open mind, lots of Nigerian movies these days can compete with Hollywood movies albeit not in terms of finance but story's, scripts and shots. Our musicians ain't all about noise making, we have varieties and not just varieties but have created our own styles, like Afro, juju and a host of others. And yes it's not all about football. You love Rugby in S.A, we love soccer. All these points to our diversities and the strength we can get from them. You know what? At the end of the day, we are Africans and that's all that matters. Either you are a South African or a Nigerian or an Egyptian or whatever place you might be from, you are an African. That should unite us the more, not create more Division. Abeg who giant don epp? |
Of everything way vex me for the matter, the stupid Adeshina is blaming the average Nigerian. So as I day here so, me t thing for me to do is bomb installations? How stupid can this idiot get? You have failed the people shikena, instead of admitting and moving on, you still have to blame Nigerians. |

rugged7:Indeed, i didn't expect less than that from you. Sometimes I wonder but trading words with you is pointless. Believe whatever you want to believe. |
Rip to the dead. To the issue at hand. I don't blame ibos who are happy about the turn of events. I don't blame the Hausa/fulani, and I don't blame the Yoruba. Blaming game shows immaturity. Funny thing is we all as a people are to blame. The tragedy happened in SW, yes. Was it only yorubas n Hausas that died or lost their properties of were injured? A fool rejoices at the discomfort of his neighbour because his neighbour has an opposing view to his, he forgets that the same discomfort his neighbour is passing through is just a stone throw away from him. To those igbo e-Warriors, continue. Infact celebrate, after all, you warned the "Yoruba". When the dust settles, all that will be remembered us the man who laughed with glee at his neighbors discomfort. So laugh well. My heart felt condolences go out to the families affected by this tragedy. |
We should all admit it was always going to be difficult paying such amount, not just to the unemployed but to the vulnerable as well. Creating an enabling environment is a more viable path to take and I will say it is a wonderful mindset on the part of the president except of course all he has done so far suggest otherwise. The truth is that PMB goofed by his statement. Alluding the promise to his party shows a man willing to ride to power by any means and then denying/refusing to fulfil promises made in his behalf. As a President, his words before his election into office should bound him to his people, however he has been alienating the power by denying most of his campaign promises. That is no way to go about getting re-elected, cos PMB has unwittingly battered his integrity and his ministers have come out to aid him. One more broken/reneged promise and he definitely will face far worse insults than his predecessors. |
One would expect that we would hold APC to ensure they build on his legacy not keep shouting tribalism. He is no longer president, so you better face reality fast and ensure APC do more than he did |
We are finished in this country I swear. I didn't see the video till this moment and thank God I reserved my comment till I watched the video. There is no one above mistake. That's the same truth. What is annoying is the fact that educated people "supposedly" are so fixated on the error that they failed to question the enormous fraud discovered here. How can you receive #6billion for your overhead, you generate #16 billion and remit just #3 million. That's what we should be asking, not bordering on an error all of us have made one time or the other. Even Clinton made far worse error and yet she is running for presidency. |
The MOD that moved this topic to the front page is obviously not interested in correcting the misinformation going on. As pointed out by various posters, these are not Nigerian troops. What is pathetic is the fact that most people have fallen for this and it was even posted by a major news outlet. This is what is called absolute dumbness |
Following an announcement earlier today by Schalke FC, Liverpool have confirmed signing Joel Matip on a four year deal. This follows a club statement released today that states......... http://www.soccerfort.com/liverpool-signs-joel-matip-join-summer/

A shame we have found ourselves in this state. Must we Now continue keeping quiet? When will we say enough is enough? These people's children sit at home and are served employment letters. It's a pity that we have failed to speak out all these while |
This man came on live television to give evidence to electoral manipulation and a host of other crimes. I wonder why he is still free and why Fayose hasn't been impeached. We really need to start demanding justice else these politicians will continue like they own this country |

Hey folks, as we begin 2016, we decided to bring to you a list of players who have been outstanding this past year and who will be important for their side this year. These players have been exceptional and crucial to their sides campaign and their contribution to the team and individual brilliance have seen their brave all odds and secure a place in the top 10 on the premier league table for now. Here is our list of players to look out for in the premier league in 2016. Bear in mind this list was made with no particular order in mind. http://www.soccerfort.com/players-look-premier-league-2016/ |
Early this year Peter Olayinka had a brief stint with the media. The 20 year old was banned by the Albania football authorities for a four month period for allegedly signing for two clubs. The young man did not allow this to deter him and after serving his suspension went on a scoring spree for his current side Skenderbeu Korce. He has signed a deal with Belgian Side KAA Gent for €1.1 million and he will joining up with the Belgian champions in January when the transfer window opens. A look at the lanky striker belies the humility of a young man who had to work his way to the top . Our man Akinwoleola Tayo had a sit down with him http://www.soccerfort.com/hope-don-national-colors-soon-soon-peter-olayinka/

The list also takes into consideration recent graduates from the academy plying their trade in the respective clubs or elsewhere. So here we go http://www.soccerfort.com/premier-league-clubs-football-academies-england/ |
smoothlips:An estimate will be difficult to arrive at as it depends on various factors. The hills are located in odode and you could lodge at Alade. Transportation to odode is not that expensive. A bike from Alade to the entrance will cost you #100 or less. But having your own vehicle will be better. I know of only one hotel (I mean cost) Rock Valley just beside the General Hospital. A room cost #6000 upwards depending on your choice. Like I stated earlier, the entrance fee for adults is a thousand naira per person while it's five hundred per child. Then you negotiate with the guide. |
tomakint:Le o bami, odun yi a ye a o. Proudly Odode ![]() |
