Russia has signed agreements with Nigeria to build and operate a nuclear power plant in the oil-rich West African nation that has a deficit of reliable power and faces security challenges by Islamist militants in the far northeast.

Feasibility studies for the plant and a research center construction will include site screening, capacity, financing, and time frames of the projects, state-owned Russian nuclear company Rosatom said in an emailed statement.

The nations in 2009 signed an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of the peaceful usage of nuclear technologies. Nigeria in 2015 was in talks with Rosatom to build as many as four nuclear power plants costing about $20 billion, the Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission said at the time.

Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation, distributes an average of 4,500 megawatts of electricity. Half the output of the Egbin power plant, the nation’s biggest, is lost because of inadequate transmission infrastructure, its chief officer said last month.

Rosatom is seeking to build nuclear power plants in other countries on the continent including South Africa.

Is it that people don't read at all? The Russians are going to build and operate it, meaning the argument being put up about maintenance is void. I believe we should be asking how government is planning to tackle the transmission deficit so that whatever power is generated won't be lost as is the present case

The link you provided even states accounts of witnesses that said they only heard that people were being vaccinated and not that they saw it or experienced it.

Before you try to dispute any argument, don't use evidence that destroys your own argument. I repeat the medical outreach is not a vaccination program.

Apparently a lot of people do not know how a medical outreach works. I don't blame them.
A medical outreach has nothing whatsoever to do with vaccination. You get a free medical checkup and probably regular drugs if need be but you are not injected at all.
Any further treatment and you will be referred to the hospital.
And for a medical outreach, you walk in of your own free volition, no one forces you. That they are military personnel does not mean they are there to start injecting anyone.

What does the FG have to do with the military carrying out a medical outreach? Absolutely nothing.

So the pertinent question being asked which is being tactfully avoided by those who want to believe the worst is that can you provide evidence of anyone being vaccinated? Not a single person has been able to prove otherwise.

The only excuse at this point has been that the parents were not informed and that who would allow his ward to be injected. To answer that, no one will allow anybody or organisation inject his ward without his approval truly but nobody is being injected, so that point is baseless, just an excuse to justify the actions taken yesterday.
Should the parents have been informed, yes however the point of a medical outreach is you walk in or you don't, so if you see the medical outreach team at their location, you can swerve and bypass them altogether, nobody will kill you for that.

My observation is that the people distrust the military, no fault of theirs however, they are being fed a propaganda, and the sad thing is that it is working.

You do not need a code for that of 9mobile. Just subscribe for your monthly data plan, and do not cancel auto renewal. Also like someone pointed out, ur APN must be 9mobile, without any proxy. I hear you get 2gb everyday to stream on YouTube between 1am to 5am
