Demdem is picking up, Halleluyah

Have u asked ur lawyers to proceed to court?
I expect the General to come out and give u arseholes the middle finger. U are all inconsequential to his impending victory.

This is a comment based on total lack of knowledge of Nigeria. Back then it's the south, especially the Igbo and Yoruba that dominated the Nigeria military. By 1967 the highest northern ranked northern person in the army was a Colonel. And a middle Beltan northerners to be precise. So do they have a grip? Learn and know your history.
Wellsaid.
PoliticsRe: Buhari's Certificate Matter - Tune Into Channels Television by Demdem(m): 11:11am On Jan 21, 2015
Left to me, this is unnecessary. The General has no explanation to give. Anyone that is aggrieved has proscribed in the electoral law and by inec should proceed to court.
We all should learn to abide with the laws of the land. I wonder why this is difficult to do.
Those vocal about this none issue won't even vote the General if he shows them his cert or can taharqa swear with his balls that once he sees the cert, it's Sai Buhari henceforth?
If am to advise the General, will ask him to give these ones his middle finger and ask them to meet him in court.
Rubbish.

In other words Buhari and his cronies are even more corrupt. undecided
Since Tinubu the forerunner has done nothing with Oando.

Shut up. Bola Tinubu isn't a director of Oando neither is he a diesel marketer.
Buhari likewise is none.
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 10:47am On Jan 21, 2015
tenry:
Diesel is now 99naira from the depot, with the cost of transportation (2naira or 2.5naira) that ll be around 82k. The one I bought for my boss on monday was 102.5 landed cost. Presently, we are seling at the rate of 125 naira. Come to Ipaja axis. You ll get it at that rate. Diesel has come down too. I am not doubting d fact that some ar still selling 140 to160, perhaps they wanna finish their old stock whc they bought at a very high price.

Good news if true but none of such currently in ph. I also buy diesel massively here.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Will Use The Stadium Whether You Like It Or Not- WIKE Dares Amaechi by Demdem(m): 10:18am On Jan 21, 2015
Jorussia:
Thanks for guiding me,now i know that its a sport complex and not a stadium. The PDP,should just accept the alternative ( liberation stadium) that the state govt have provided for them. There is really no cause for alarm by PDP, because, Whether they do their rally in sport complex or not, what is really important is what rivers People decide on FEB 14.

Seriously, if not that they just want to forment trouble, that is absolutely nothing wrong with the use of Liberation stadium as provided by the state.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Will Use The Stadium Whether You Like It Or Not- WIKE Dares Amaechi by Demdem(m): 9:35am On Jan 21, 2015
barcanista:
I understand, but for the fact that it was made available twice for APC, he should make it available too for PDP. We should avoid unnecessary controversy now and concentrate on campaign.

Chief, amaechi has offered another fifa standard stadium inside the city, very accessible to the populace as an alternative as against the unsafe stadium.
Pdp should live with that.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Will Use The Stadium Whether You Like It Or Not- WIKE Dares Amaechi by Demdem(m): 9:27am On Jan 21, 2015
Jorussia:
People living in rivers state should please brief us on this issue,so we that will be properly guided on commenting on it.I want to know if work is truly currently going on the said stadium? and when did the work resumed?

Av explained up there. To be honest, finishing touches is being put in the facility. Remember that it's a sports complex and not just a stadium.
Besides, request for use of the stadium from pdp came in just last week. It wasn't that they applied for it long time ago.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Will Use The Stadium Whether You Like It Or Not- WIKE Dares Amaechi by Demdem(m): 9:23am On Jan 21, 2015
Eziachi:
What was the criteria or conditions for obtaining permission for using the facilities?
Hope someone will provide the reasons for the refusal if it's really the case as things always not what it seems with politicians on a face value.

Very simple. Contractors are on site working.
Already, he has offered them another fifa standard stadium inside the city itself which is much more safer and much more accessible than the one requested for which is at the outskirts. This is also a state facility.
For sometime now, there were paucity of funds that made the contractors to move away from site, it coincides with apc rally but now, fundsare available and contractor back and yet wike still want it done there when it's not that there aren't alternatives.

Sunnybobo3:
It's a free market economy bro. Let competition bring down the price.

There is no competition between the parties instead what we have is cooperation to fix prices for their betterment and detriment of the people.

Unlesd you are telling me that the govt is deliberately not giving enough people licence to import diesel.

The issue isn't even enough licence but monitoring the activities of those u Av given licences. NCC monitors activities of telecoms players and to an extent they are succeeding. Who is doing the same for diesel theives?
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 8:41am On Jan 21, 2015
Sunnybobo3:
Do you want him to send soldiers with koboko into the mark to flog people to sell their commodities even below cost price?

Stop being childish with ur thought. He is the president and appoints a minister who is also in charge of the regulating agencies like dpr, pprra etc or whatever u have. What stops him from tasking them to bring order to the system? Has he even given the instruction?
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 8:39am On Jan 21, 2015
buggaboo:
NCC is trying but the telecoms companies are still getting away with murder.

I agree, it's an ongoing stuff. Now imagine when there is no NCC and it's free for all.

It is very easy for the cartel to corner the petrol market through filling stations but I still don't understand why there is market inefficiency for diesel.
It just looks like a glorious opportunity for new players to import diesel and undercut the so called cartel with their high prices, after all diesel distribution is less dependent on filling stations.

Do u think it's that easy to become a major importer and break in? Do u know the conditions set by the NNPC? Do u think u will even succeed without being in the good books of these people? U won't even receive any certificate or authority to commence business especially if ur motive is known.
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 8:22am On Jan 21, 2015
Sunnybobo3:
How about Tinubu of Oando?

All of them combined together involved in the greed.
Jonathan in his daft state has refused to restore order to the system thereby allowing them to feast fat on the populace.
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 11:01pm On Jan 20, 2015
buggaboo:
Well, you do have a valid point.
Government should monitor the market to ensure that there is no price fixing, but that is different from insinuating that they are the ones running the cartels.

The cartels are running the govt by proxy and that explains why it seems as if govt is powerless regarding them.
The more reason why I will continue to be against doing the same for petrol sector. Deregulation in itself is a good thing but can be a curse if allowed to be ran by cartels and that explains why a govt agency should be tasked in curtailing their excesses.
In telecoms, we have NCC. They seems to be working.
Deregulation of diesel isn't working as envisaged as regards competition between players, why do u think it will work for petrol, a far bigger fish?
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 10:55pm On Jan 20, 2015
Sunnybobo3:
It boils down to greed on the part of Nigerians.

Specifically, people like chief Ayeni who singlehandedly gave Jonathan 2 billion naira as campaign gift and has substantial interest in the industry. These are the kind of gluttons Jonathan can not sanction for the betterment of his country men. These are the kind of greedy men u should refer to and not the average consumer out there.
PoliticsRe: Why Hasn't The Price Of Diesel Fallen? by Demdem(m): 10:49pm On Jan 20, 2015
Seun:
Good question. I think the drastic fall in the value of the naira is a factor. Let's allow unbiased industry insiders to answer the question. Besides, in some places the rice of diesel has fallen to 137/l.

Please tell me where u buy diesel at 137/L?

Is it not shameful that you prefer a semi literate man to fly your party's flag over a professor? Why then do our parents suffer so much to send us to the unuversity?

Apc is focused on the people and how they will vote their candidate and not nonsensical stuffs like certificate Crap.
Pdp is the one lamenting and these fools have refused to go to court after being advised to.

By the way, just like I said earlier that is actually the way to legally identify a missing document any where, not thru an Affidavit

Even in the electoral law, affidavits are acceptable.

they know they can't win in court so they're trying to appeal to moral sentiments.

it's a lacunae in the law and it's not Buhari's fault. Jonathan himself is a beneficiary of a lacunae in our constitution

Even Jonathan somehow is a beneficiary of our faulty laws.
After publicly declaring his assets with yaradua earlier, the fool refused to do it again for his updated asset declaration when he was sworn in.
The drunkard hid behind the law claiming it's with CCB and the law rightfully didn't ask him to do it publicly.
That was the day the fool told us on live TV that he doesn't give a damn.
These fools shouting for buhari certificates now like the miserable taharqa hailed him then but refused to hail buhari now for standing by the law.

We are optimistic that the General will win, govern and govern well.
