Your examples have no correlation with my point. Sure there have been many cases of discord between govs and deputies as far back as 1999 (Tinubu vs his deputy). But I am yet to see a case where the deputy decamps to another party and yet retains his position.
Something is not jiving. It looks like Aliyu is working underground for GMB while he retains his status in PDP.

As a leader of a country, his first priority is to ensure the security of Nigerians to go about their daily activities in their country without any trepidation, especially when the country is not at war and not facing any superior external forces.

Nigerians should make the threat of BH a huge election issue and look for a better leader who is capable of handling this problem.

1) robbing banks
2) attacking armed forces and stealing weapons (this won't generate much revenue)
3) gettin funds from politicians

boko haram aren't robbing banks, but they are doing number 2 which won't generate enough food and funds, so most of their income is from politicians. FYI boko haram was named the 7th richest terrorist group in the world.
politicians won't sponsor if they have nothin to gain, its my bet that either APC as a whole or buhari and some people are behind them. they planned to destroy Jonathan's tenure to get into power
