That's an oath before the sacred altar of God and the world...

lagdmark: The conclusion is tinubu was over celebrated by his tribes men, leading to his early downfall. The asiwaju of yorubaland knows that pride goeth before a fall It is much too early in the game to celebrate. I dont think Tinubu would go down that easily, he must definitely have some trump cards up his sleeve. |

Very stoopid thread! What magic did the Christian president we had before perform? Some people will just sit down to cry wolf where there is none. If a muslim can provide basic amenities for me and make me have dignity as a citizen, he is my brother. Christian brotherhood be damned! |

omenka: A lot remains to be heard of this entire episode. I'm not putting my eggs anywhere yet until the President speaks.
I don't know, but has anyone spared a thought to imagine perhaps, this was orchestrated by the presidency to ensure the inclusion of the SE in the bigger scheme of things since they would have been totally excluded had the Party's preferred candidate emerged??
Just a hunch though. Nope! I do not buy this. Why should the presidency watch out for the well-being of the SE, a region that totally rejected them? The presidency owes the SE absolutely nothing! There is a bigger game in the offing and that would be revealed in time. |
