LG chairmen in most councils in Lagos state and others like Port-Harcourt, Onitsha, Karu, AMAC etc will easily earn/steal more than some VC while VC's of Federal uni like Unilag,Ibadan,ABU,Ife,Unijos,UNN etc will earn/steal money especially those with teaching hospitals.
