is Lagos self developed the way it should be

The topic is Bayelsa, not Lagos State.

Lagosians are not collecting and spending Bayelsa's IGR and allocations.

Sometimes it's OK to keep quiet because it's not by force to comment and spew ignorant and unintelligent rubbish.

Some yorubas are just confused. When they were pressing hard for Biafra, you guys asked them to give Nigeria a chance, now that they are trying to give Nigeria a chance you guys are now asking them to press for Biafra.

To answer your question, how Ndi Igbo want to pursue their political future is none of your business, but first, we are Atikulating in 2019.
Who asked you to give Nigeria a chance? Stop over hyping your relevance and importance, your so called slave, victim way if life and freedom should be of paramount importance to you and Yoruba people and what they think shouldn't bother you or stand in your way if you really care about your so called freedom and biafra.

Good to know Yoruba people are so powerful that they pull your strings and decides when and how you fight for your self destructive freedom.

Funny how you ipobs made it your business per who Yoruba people supported and voted for and how you called them names like Hausa Fulani slaves and so on, but fast forward, you jokers with zero principles or any sense of direction or even personal convictions are all of a sudden the Hausa Fulani slaves and Nigeria is no longer a zoo.

This is why the rest of Nigeria hardly take you people seriously and also why you are always at the bottom of everything in Nigeria.

Can't wait to see you funny jokers return to your roadside ipob agitation in after your lose in 2019.

ipob, who is Tinubu oppressing? You and your poor fellow villagers in your ipob states? Is Tinubu your governor or is he collecting and spending your taxes and allocations?

Your useless and worthless village governors are your oppressors so face them. Asiwaju is not even a public official..

Since you don't have Tinubu in your village to oppress you, shouldn't your ipob states be more productive and economically better than his state?

GrabHisBalls:
Log off and go read a book. General standard of living is one of the indices used to arrive at this list by meaningful organisations and it won't be wrong to include rents. Rivers State being capital of poverty is laughable 'cause even those of you on this thread don't believe it. Apart from Lagos, mention one State in the West that's doing better than Rivers in all ramifications? Take your wack list to one side abeg! Arant nonsense!
1. Low rent rate means low cost of living which = Better standard of living and quality of life. This is why Osun is always at the top.

2. Rent's, abundance of rental units and high rent rates mean poor and very low rate of home ownership in that society which is a sign of low income and lack of funds to buy and build homes.

3. Your high rent argument is basically you agreeing with the report in favor of Osun state because when high rent is not part of your daily worries and headache and there's zero need for rental properties or even a high rent situation, it means you have a roof over your head, it means a large portion of your society are homeowners, it means you are not stressing over accommodation, it means they don't have rental and real estate shortages to drive up cost.

4. High rent rate in any economy and society means a low supply of rental units and a rental market responding to basic tenets of supply and demand and not because the society is rich. This is economics 101 and basic common sense.

5. The issue here is even high unemployment rate which = Hgh misery index so if you are going to argue based on the topic, you should just go ahead and show us your own facts that they don't have the highest unemployment rate in Rivers state.

Stay on topic and quit derailing the thread with your irrelevant rent argument that's not even helping your argument.

River's state budget for 2017 was N470bn

Osun state's budget for 2017 was N146bn

River's budget was 3 times larger than Osun state, bu Osun delivered more infrastructures than Rivers ten times over and while Osun invested heavily in human development, employed thousands of farmers, transporters, cooks and food vendors to support the food feeding program, hired thousands of O-Yes workers, Wike did not invest in his own people, hence large-scale unemployment, restlessness and wholesale cultism.

Osun is 2nd in Human Capital development so why are we surprised that they have the lowest unemployment and poverty rate in Nigeria and even at the top of all the indexes in Nigeria.

Money Wells pent.

Yes, they borrowed to invest in infrastructure and their people, but they are reaping the benefits today

The fact that Osun state is an agrarian society means they are not at the mercy of white-collar job-related employment and unemployment fluctuations

See the scam this clown is perpetrating in RIVERS?

They spray white markings on old and dirty roads and invite the whole state for commissioning ceremony, even import useless Fayose from ekiti to help celebrate and commission dirty old roads.

They spend more money on ceremony that they spend on the roads they commission.
