BEVERLY HILLS, September 16, (THEWILL) – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has slammed President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the freezing of the bank accounts of its candidate in the September 22, 2018 Osun State governorship election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, and those of his family members, including music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The party described the freezing of the accounts as “oppressive, tyrannical, provocative and a direct recipe for crisis in the state, given that the people of Osun are solidly behind Adeleke ahead of the election.”

THEWILL recalls that Atiku had claimed in a petition to Buhari on Thursday that he had received text messages warning him to drop his presidential ambition adding that the author of the text message threatened to either kill or rape his wife and daughters.

“The PDP does not take these threats as a ruse and we demand an open inquest into all the issues raised by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in his petition to President Buhari.”

A man wrote you asking you for a date to come see you, you replied and gave him a date which he acknowledged. The date hasn't reached and you are writing customs to guard against his running away. And am sure they purposely leaked such a sensitive letter between two intelligence agencies just to subject him to ridicule and their ever useless media trial.

How come nobody is talking about these candidates manifesto; their ideas, ideals and ideology? What do they stand for? What policy, issues separates these candidates? What about debate? Are they going to discuss issues, policies that affects common man?

Lol @join pdp. That will be the nail on his political career coffin. Simply put, there is no time for that. We are at the eleventh hour and moves like that will render him a political refugee. If this had happened like a year ago, then he could jolly well join pdp with more time to cleanse off all Apc elements in power replacing them with pdp stalwarts.
But as it is now, even his commissioners and other appointees are openly supporting another Candidate.
