That bridge is not only a critical public infrastructure, it's also a public investment.

LLC is not pocketing every kobo generated, they are sharing the proceeds with the Lagos state government based on the concession arrangement.

This is one of the many ways Lagos state generate huge IGR. Lagos state spent N29 billion on that bridge, but they are going to build many roads, bridges, hospitals, schools and other infrastructures from their share of the concession.

This is why Lagos sate is leading, this is also why they are starting and completing projects all over the place, they have smart and creative leaders.
